killed over 40 cockroaches, staff was rude wanting to charge us on top of what we already paid for the room, giving us towels with huge holes in them, place was dirty, I guess you get what you pay for

Stains on duvet cover and mini roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. Thankfully my husband and I only needed the room for a few hours to rest before our early flight, we literally slept on top of towels nervous that there’s bed bugs.

property lobby is great. the condotel was not cleaned and maintained properly. there were food left inside the fridge and the light bulbs in the main entry was out. also the internet was not running properly. these are things that should have been taken care of before the customer checks in. the owner does not respond right away. my request for a shuttle to the airport was ignored. I had to get my own ride to the airport which was another expense that the website shows that there is supposed to have a 24 hour shuttle service.

I was moved to 81 Cluster 5, the room had a strong chemical odor (I thought it was paint). There were bugs crawling in the bathroom sink. There were not kitchen hand towels or paper towels. The only plus was the outdoor pool
