Good cheap option Hotel in Ermita/Malate.

Good - cleanliness, rooms, location, price, Wifi Bad - no CCTV for the Hotel and my girlfriend was directed into a taxi driver by the staff, who drove her to a deserted area, and she had to get out and run leaving all her baggage behind, and her handbag. This could be unfortunate but still. - Witnessed two of the staff having to be separated from fighting. - Food is poor quality and you cannot even have a beer in the Cafe - Alcohol is mysteriously only allowed to be served in your room.

가성비 대비 훌륭함

대체적으로 가격 대비 만족한 호텔 매우 편리하고 싼 가격의 룸 써비스, 친절한 직원, 모든 면에서 중간 이상의 점수를 주고 싶다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 세면대 파이프가 물이 세서 욕실 바닥에 항상 물이 있는 상태였다.

Booked at sogo new hotel Manila, when we got there we found it had been closed for a month before I booked a room. I was not happy, they had us stay at there adults only hotel not a good place to stay when you have your wife with you.

close to Mall of Asia and star city

The staff was friendly. There were several movie channels. NIce cool room. It is close to Robinson's mall as well as Mall of Asia. The US Embassy is also near.

its a false advertisement, malodorous scent in the room, dirty and disgusting blanket , old/dusty/ noisy Airconditioner, No sense of Privacy - not a sound proof room- you can hear all the noises around and all the activities going on . They dont know about people who booked and paid online before checking In - So disapointing and Upsetting !

Hotel fits all Business or Pleasure

Great as it is Close to US Embassy , St Luke's Medical center , CFO Government building , 16-20 minutes to MNL airport , Also has a lot of other places to go within walking distance ,like Manila zoo 5 minutes , Food Excellent , Clean , and service staff Nice , Front Desk Crabby !! hahaha .. walking at night ?? Hmmm ? Eyes wide Open . I would go Back .. and using Hotels.com was the better way to Book . Thank You Have used them many times

Don't do it

Upon arrival my already booked with Expedia the room there they look at me like I'm from outer space don't even recognize what expedia is even after I show them the confirmation I'm told to wait and then another person comes with the same dazed look it's about an hour before I finally get into the room which is disgusting smells musky and full of smoke it's late so I end up staying anyway check out right away the next morning look at my photos there's the safe broken too we have more chances on getting those things back then getting anything to compensate my terrible stay and you will see how they will reply it will be some generic we're sorry we'll work on it take note when these hotels give those kind of replies it means absolutely they will do nothing and our of no credibility if they were they would reply with we want to compensate and will but you will never see that they have no credibility only good thing the young lady who checked me out was very quick and pleasant but that's the only thing

Jeg vil på det kraftigste fraråde andre at bo på hotellet. De holder ikke hvad der er lovet i anoncen-Ingen fri morgenmad. Fri Wi-fi virkede ikke. Intet køleskab på værelset. den daglige rengøring var ikke exsisterende. Der skulle være fri kaffe og the -det fandtes ikke. Bestilte vi noget på telefonen modtog vi aldrig det bestilte. Vi endte med self at hente vand i køkkenet og spise andre steder..Klager blev affærdiget ved skranken. Vi har lært af dette--ring til hotellet før booking for at være sikker på de opfylder det der står i hotel oplysningerne.

This particular hotel is not an ideal hotel for families due to the amount of prostituion in the area. This reflects in the overall service of the hotel. It makes the room service very slow and the noise level is beyond where it should be. If you like microwave food then this hotel is for you. The guys who greet you are very friendly but always looking for a tip. Overall, very dissappointed.

Friendly staff and convenient to airport . It's just warm around the hallway. But it's great experience. It's me and my husband 1st time to stay. My husband is very empress to hotel. Clean and neat. Friendly stuff. He said he will recommend this hotel to anyone. Its only 1 night but its great experience.Thanks
