Very good experience!
It was a really great experience! Staff is very nice, helpful, efficient, and cheerful. They would assist for your needs and give suggection. Room equipment was great, unexpected that it got a water purifier in room and I love the open kitchen a lot.

I booked 2 rooms with a living room, since the moment we arrived, everything feels good. The rooms are just like the pictures they showed, the staffs are all so nice and know ur needs. The quality of Breakfast is very good. Lounge is also the same , very good, the service and the drink, snacks are better than the other hotels. Definitely will stay here again if visit Makati. Oh, and u can wash clothes in the living room.

Property didn't meet my expectation as a 5-star residences. In particular, the Scotchbrite dish sponge and the dishwashing liquid that looks like it's taken straight from 7-11. You can get a cheap dish sponge from Ikea and a cheap container for your liquid soap, and a cheap tray or caddy and not the plastic ones that look like from thrift store. Pay attention to these tiny details, especially when your pricing and branding your property a 5 star! The saving grace for this property is the trademark Filipino courtesy and hospitality. The Manager on Duty Angel handled all my complaints professionally! She was composed and calm even at the heat of my frustrations. The rest of the staff - from security, concierge, housekeeping, etc. were equally pleasant. You are greeted with their smiles at any time of the day! For this reason I will still recommend this property to friends and family, with a reminder to manage your expectations to avoid disappointments.

The hotel staff is attentive and friendly, the rooms are modern, with every convenience, including refrigerator and filtered water for refilling. They clean every day, which is wonderful and they do an excellent job. There is good security, as is the case in most upscale hotels in Makati. I unfortunately had a situation nonetheless in the lobby where I was scammed and my phone was compromised (my fault- don't scan QR codes!) The hotel manager immediately assisted with his IT team. In the end all was well, except the international phone charges billed to my room for calling to cancel credit cards.

すぐ向かいにグリーンベルトというショッピングモールがあり、買い物や食事などに便利です このエリアはとても治安が良いように感じられました 夜に女性が1人で歩いても問題ないでしょう ホテルのスタッフのサービスがとても良く、掃除も毎日丁寧にしていただいたので、すごく清潔でした 朝食は1階のブッフェのみ利用しましたが、洋食のほかに、和食や中華のメニューも少しありました 品数が豊富なうえ、毎日少しずつ変わったので、飽きることなく、味もおいしかったです 提携している付近のカフェやレストランなども利用できるようなので、長期滞在でも飽きないと思います またマニラを訪れることがあれば、こちらのホテルを利用したいです

Sehr schönes Hotel, exzellete Lage, nur 15-20 Minuten vom Flughafen NAIA entfernt. Gegenüber vom Hotel befinden sich die "Greenbelt" Shopping Malls mit allen Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, Essen, Geldwechseln etc. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Da sich das Hotel in Makati befindet ist die Umgebung sehr sicher. Die über das Hotel gebuchte Abholung am Flughafen klappte ohne Probleme. Es gab ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet im Erdgeschoß und alternativ auch die Möglichkeit, ein typisch philippinisches Frühstück im obersten Geschoß ("Deck") zu probieren.

Customer service above and beyond.
The property itself is a comfortable experience, with a nice selection of breakfast in the morning and close to many, many shops and places to see.
