Excellent stay! Second time here and will be back.Great value for money—very nice condo staycation that isn't cheap quality. The owner is highly responsive, helpful, and fixes any issues immediately. The entire process was smooth sailing from start to finish. Looking forward to my next stay!

This Condo was located in a area in Manila, Philippines. Plenty of restaurants to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A very short drive to the Airport. Friendly and courteous staff. The host responded well helping when the internet was out in the whole building.

One of the smoothest stay and transition I ever had in Manila. Thank you very much for being attentive and helpful all through out our stay. We felt at home in the unit. Can’t wait for our next stay. Very accessible and everything you need in one place, MOA is a trike away or 15 min walk. One very instagrammable pool. Too bad we didn’t get to dip there. maybe the next one

Im sorry but your beddings have stain and the smell of those white balls are all over the place. No even free coffee and shampoo on the place. We did not rest well.

beautiful swimming area, the unit was pretty straight forward, good for a night or two stay. clean but really quite small space, as all shore residences unit are. but again, nice enough for me and my two kids. quick check in and out. all staff in building friendly. Rosa was quick to reply to all my inquiries. thanks again for the wonderful stay.

I stayed for 3 days Security Guard on the pool area are very rude. Inconvenience have to pay for blanket pillow or extra towel. Will never stay in this place again. Found cockroach in the unit.

Conveniently located near Mall of Asia (20 min walking or a short Grab ride) and the airport (Grab ride- T1), our stay at Shore Residences was comfortable and accessible. The unit and the lobby were very clean and smelled good. The unit has all the amenities like hot water in the shower, kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave, kettle, and the A/C was cold. The host was very responsive and prepared the pass and check in instructions in advance for us. Use of pool and the gym had extra charges and were communicated in advance. There were no surprises there. One thing to note is that the reception will not entertain nor keep any parcels or deliveries ordered ie food or shopee so we need to make arrangements to meet delivery guys. Overall a pleasant stay!

Just be mindful of rules. You can't flush T.P., as it must be bagged. U R resposible for washing dishes, and discarding trash before U leave. Just understand this before U stay and you will be fine. 5 minute walk to restaurants and 10 to mall.
