The air condition couldn’t be adjusted, the room temperature was so cold. The light controls was difficult to find. The hotel location was good.

Second visit and spent 4D3N. - bad experience at GLOW - hotel spa. Expensive and poor service. NOT PROFESSIONAL. NOT RECOMMENDED. I already booked by email in advance. - one day when I (lady) return to guest room after breakfast. A male keeper ring the door bell asking if I feel OK after housekeeping. Very disturbing. - 24/F restaurant at morning breakfast time : insufficient manpower. long queue waiting outside but empty tables inside due to set up tables slowly - good velvet parking and transportation service at G/F - helpful team

A great 5-star hotel
The room is clean and spacious that meet 5 star hotel standard. The service is great, people are nice and welcoming. The breakfast is awesome, I enjoy the omelette and the fresh juice every morning. They also offer gluten-free bread and toast. I order the in-room dining and the food is delicious, price is reasonable. Will definitely choose the hotel next time! There is SM mall and another new mall nearby in walking distance (5-10 min walk)

Wonderful stay
It is located in a convenient location. The room is clean, tidy, and new. The staffs are friendly and helpful. There is a live band in the outdoor mall opposite to the hotel so you will hear some sound at night till mid night. The price is reasonable considering the quantity of the hotel. Overall, it is a good hotel.

Awesome 5-star hotel with warm hospitality
It's a 5-star hotel located in Pasig, very near Makati. The hotel lobby is very elegant, and hotel staff speak English very well. There's a gym and trainer on site available. They can give you simple lesson and advice. Indoor swimming pool is spacious, and life guard in on the site too! Huge dress room and locker available. Room design is very trendy, dimming light might be a bit dark for some people but we love it! Bedding is very soft and bed is comfortable. The only problem is that you need to figure out the switch. There's a 7-11 and fami mart downstair. Cross the street of hotel, you can find restaurants plaza. Hotel breakfast is good, and nothing to complain about. Elevator is a bit complicate but did not bother too much.

This hotel is overall nice. But they still have issues with the staff. Restaurant service quite poor for a 4 star hotel. My wife and I were seated at breakfast. They asked our drink order. Water and latte. After we went to get our food at the buffet nothing had been served. They had put empty glasses on our table. The water was 20 feet away. You would think that at an upscale restaurant, they would make it a priority to serve water to the patrons. And they didn't know how to make a latte. They drinks came luke warm. I asked the manager. They made two new lattes. One was hot. The other luke warm again. Not good for a high end hotel. Also at break time, all the sofas for the guests at the lounge/check in were occuppied by employees texting on break, for maybe 30 minutes. Is there no break area for employees. I have never seen in a hotel, and a highly rated one at that, the employees on break occupying the check in area and relaxing on their phones. Also, as with the bad service, the bar upstairs, I ordered wine and accompanying water. The waiters forgot the water two times. I had to walk to the bar and ask the bartender for water. Turns out there was no bottled water at the bar, and they had to go get it somewhere else. When the waiter came back he had an attitude. I had to ask for water 3 times. Marco Polo should improve their staff training.

This is a great hotel in a good area. Walking distance to great shopping. Staff is exceptional. Pool on the 22nd floor is very nice and relaxing. It is worth getting a hotel like this further from the airport.
