Check in here is always confusing. On the booking it says to go to a particular Cluster. However it is always the wrong one. This is frustrating and has happened several times this year. However once being let into the apartment this time it was another let down. The plates and glasses were still dirty from previous guests, there were insects and their droppings in the cupboards, some of the cutlery was still dirty from previous guests, the sliding door didnt shut properly and always slightly open which made the noise of the road even loader even tho i had requested a quiet room. I look forward to hearing from the owener/manager

Ｔ３から徒歩で行ける。近くのビレッジで飯屋も安い。一つだけ言うならば、エアコンの掃除を定期的にしてほしい。フィルター、汚れていましたよ。

Everything in the kitchenette is locked and they said we are not allowed to use it. Am quiet surprise that in apartment you can’t use the facilities there.

All in all its a very convenient place to stay.. It has the proper AC..pool is very comfy and warm.. Most of the Ubits are spacious execpt for some showers..a little small.. You have to understand the different way of managing and servicing as soon as posssible for better results.. The price is cery acceptable..

Great value for the money. Right across NAIA terminal 3 and about a 15 min grab ride to Terminal 1. Restaurants and Stores around the property and 10 min walk to Resorts World.

An absolutely well appointed and super comfortable apartment. Even tho it is next to the airport and in such a busy area the rooms are still quiet. Good bathroom, very comfortable bed. Large lounge area and fantastic kitchen. Only negative I found was trying to check in as this isn't a hotel
