"The apartment has excellent views over the Mediterranean and is a 20 min walk to the beach. It is clean, well kept and very spacious. The communication from the managers was very well automated and there were no issues with return of the deposit."

"Pros: i cant wate to go back to the house again soon Cons: The check-in process was a little bit messy, but don’t worry—it's all harmless! You just need to sign a rental agreement, which simply asks if you'll follow the house rules. It’s really an easy step, and we appreciate your understanding!"

"Communication with the host was easy and he was so helpful. The apartment was beautiful and had everything that was needed. The complex is lovely and location is great 20 minute walk to the port and 10 minute to nearest beach. "

Stunning apartment with huge private terrace just 70m to the beach and sea views

"This was our fourth visit to Puerto Duquesa (which we have fallen in love with) where we have stayed in different properties which were nice enough but had one or two issues. Not on this occasion. We were delighted with this apartment; so much so that we booked it again for next year whilst we were there. It is spacious and very well equipped with everything in good working order. The one thing we especially loved is the terrace. It is very large and gets the sun all day. It's furnished with sun loungers, a large table and chairs. There is also a gas fired barbeque. The apartment has its own parking space in the ground floor garage.The location is ideal. The marina with its many good bars and restaurants is virtually on the doorstep. There is also a supermarket across the road. It's a relatively short walk along the promenade to Sabinillas which has a nice beach and beachfront cafes, bars and seafood restaurants.The owner, Richard was very helpful during the booking process and in the runup to our arrival. He put us in contact with Tasha who met us when we got there. She showed us how everything worked in the apartment including the wi-fi and television and where to find the lovely pool and the route to and from the parking garage.Can't wait for next year !"

"Barbara’s beach house was exactly that – a gorgeous two-bedroom property right on the beach, with stunning views. What a treat it was to watch the sunrise every morning. The house was clean, practical, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighbours throughout the development were very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved our time there."

"Amazing villa with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. Communication with the host was great, and any issues we had were dealt with promptly. We didn’t hire a car, and enjoyed the walks. Taxi’s were easy enough to call."
