“The place was spotless and had all the amenities you could require, including excellent kitchen, plenty of towels and soaps, TVs in every room and beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was accommodating and responsive. The restaurant options in Treasure Cay are limited and fairly basic, so if you are looking for more meal options you will have to drive the 35 minutes to Marsh Harbour. Prestige Car rental offers good cars for less than it costs to rent a golf cart.”

“Comfortable and cozy villa provided a great base from which to enjoy Treasure Cay. Neighborhood pool and beach area were great. Met many friendly visitors. Unable to get a golf cart but found the walk to Bahamas Beach Club to be quite enjoyable along the beautiful beach.”

“We loved everything about this property. It had 2 nice sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a small kitchen, nice den and great outdoor patio. The furniture in the den was SOOO comfortable and the kitchen was stocked really well - included a blender, tea pot, crock pot - anything you could want. The bed and linens were super comfortable as well and the shower had great water pressure. “Just spent 10 days here and Brian has a very nice Villa and it has about anything you could ask for in it. TC is still recovering from the 2019 hurricane so things are a bit limited in this area although there were a few restaurants ( Sunset Pizza and Ocean beach Pool Bar and Grill, we liked) but just know everything is expensive! Every night the complex has a get together and can meet on the ocean deck so you get to know so many people! The beach is breathtaking and the pool area is very nice!……

“We enjoyed this 2 bedroom villa and the community it is part of. Nice pool, beach access and beach chairs. Friendly community , 5:30 byob cocktails on the observation deck , met many nice people. The cottage was comfy, good beds and clean. They had beach towels as well as bathroom towels . They started us off with the kitchen soap etc . “A very comfortable and well equiped house in a beautiful setting. The host ia amazing, responds immediately and very helpful. There are only a couple nearby restaurants you can easily drive to. There are two bedrroms downstairs and the master bedroom is awesome looking out on the water. The second downstairs bed is very high and difficult for anyone a little infirm and the stairs are very steep, so could be a problem. But for young and able bodied group it is awesome accommodation.
