Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was the handicap room we were given was not very handicap friendly. The bed was very tall, difficult to climb up into when you need a walker to walk and steady yourself. Doors are very heavy, mom needed help to open them. The toilet was very low and difficult for her to get up off it. She was not able to shower as the shower was in a tub, don’t know many true handicapped people who can step over the tub into the shower.
