Room and bathroom were very a nice size. Bed was very comfortable and clean. I would have rated it a 10, but the curtain in our room didn’t close all the way and so it was pretty light in the room at night. Also the pool had a chemical problem so they had it shut down when we were there. But otherwise it was very walkable to lots of restaurants and shops.

Very nice hotel

Everything was perfect! Large room with 2 very big beds. That was a pleasant surprice. Great breakfast, lot to choose from. Gluten free was not a problem. Very close to everything.

The Leonardo would have gotten 5 stars except it was like an oven in our room. The property has an issue with the air conditioning. Thank God the large windows opened to allow (fortunately) cool air while we were there. Gabriella at the front desk was exceptionally nice and accommodating.

Personnel was very forthcoming in explaining the self~ticketing automat for trolley tickets; one employee actually walked with us to the automat to demonstrate the procedure. Thank goodness!

Air conditioning is terrible. We were not there at an extremely hot time. 80 degrees. For our second night we were moved to another room. It was cooler but I think that is only because it was down four floors from our first room. A mouse ran through the lobby bar when we were getting our room changed. The desk employees were wonderful. Parking on site was appreciated. Cleanliness was quite good.

Zimmer sauber, da es in der Innenstadt liegt, ist es sehr laut, gegenüber unseres Zimmers war eine Großbaustelle, wo morgens gegen 5 Uhr die Handwerker kamen und die Alarmanlage auslösten. War nicht so schön. Im Zimmer gab es 1 Flasche stilles Wasser und eine kleine Cafissimo.

Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral zur Stadtmitte mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Frühstück und Service sind super und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war für uns nicht klar, dass das Horel einen Pool hat und wir hatten dementsprechend unsere Badesachen nicht dabei.

Leider ist das Zimmer nicht ganz Zeitgemäße ( habe die Vermutung, in Überarbeitung ) 1 Nachtschränkchen fehlte und einige Dübel in der Wand. Frühstück für € 20 geht besser. Wurde leider nich nachgelegt. Brot solte eigentlich ausreichend und frisch vorliegen. Ein Lob an das Personal 100 Punkte

Une belle prestation

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le réceptionniste, sympathique et serviable. Il y a même un verre d’accueil et des bonbons à disposition. La chambre est propre et spacieuse. Le prix n’est pas cher par rapport à la qualité de service. Petit conseil pour l’hôtel ! Pensez à mettre en avant le fait que vous disposez d’une piscine.
