The house was clean, cozy and nice. The amenities are great. Just one thing that would be great to be included - washing machine which was missing, but overall - everything is great.

Ein sehr sauberes und gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit eingezäuntem Garten – perfekt für Hunde, da man direkt von dort aus schöne Spaziergänge starten kann. Die zentrale Lage zwischen Wien und Bratislava (je ca. 40 Minuten) macht es ideal für Tagesausflüge. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Es gibt keine Waschmaschine und es fehlten ein paar Schüsseln. Insgesamt aber ein toller Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Hund!

Wir waren schwer beeindruckt, 2 Erwachsene, 2 KLeinkinder und ein großer Hund und wir konnten uns fast wie Zuhause fühlen. Gelände ist vollständig umzäunt was es mit Hund wirklich sehr entspannt macht. Da unserer ein Gartenhund ist und nur zum schlafen ins Gebäude kommt konnten wir ihn wie zuhause draussen lassen und alle waren glücklich. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden wieder kommen!

Kleines Häuschen ideal für Familien mit Kindern

Die Ausstattung und die Einrichtung des Hauses ist in Ordnung. Der Garten wurde direkt von unseren Kindern erobert. Wir hatten unser eigenes Buddelzeug mit. Leider gab es keinen Sandkasten o.ä., aber die Kinder sind sind ja kreativ ;)

Mooi en ruim vakantiehuis

Afgelopen week (4-6-2022) hebben wij in dit huis verbleven. Het huis is ruim, netjes en heeft een grote tuin. Het dorp waarin het zich bevindt, is stil en gunstig gelegen t.o.v. Wenen. Het enige puntje van kritiek is het gering aantal stopcontacten. De eigenaresse is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Zij verstaat enigszins Engels maar spreekt het nauwelijks dus conversatie in het Duits is aanbevolen.

Dreckig und schlecht ausgestattet

Das Haus sah in Ordnung aus, aber die Vorderseite roch nach Katzenurin. Das Innere des Hauses war in Ordnung, aber es war schmutzig und schlecht ausgestattet, da es nur wenige nützliche Utensilien in der Küche gab. Darüber hinaus war der Besitzer sehr billig, da es fast nichts zu gebrauchen gab. Normalerweise ist bei der Anmietung eines Ferienhauses auf FeWo alles vorhanden, aber diesmal war es sehr schlimm. Außerdem fehlten einige Rauchmelder und einer war kaputt. Das Haus war nutzbar, obwohl die Schlafzimmer sehr klein und der Küchenbereich unbequem waren. Leider haben wir es in der Weihnachtszeit gebucht und es hätte viel besser sein können, wenn das Haus zumindest etwas besser ausgestattet wäre. Die Kaution war sehr lückenhaft, da du es bei deine Ankunft bezahlen muss, aber am letzten Tag es nicht zurückbekommen. Stattdessen sagt die Eigentümerin, dass sie es nach deiner Abwesenheit an Sie überweisen wird, aber es gibt keine Garantie dafür. Ich habe meine Kaution zurückbekommen, aber erst eine Woche später. Auch die Donau ist ziemlich weit von dort entfernt, nicht so nah, wie es in der Werbung scheint. Insgesamt war unsere 6 Tage da in Ordnung, aber ich würde es nicht weiter empfehlen.

Nettes kleines Haus am Rande Wiens

Wir durften für 3 Nächte die Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus am Rande Wiens genießen. Wenn man sich erstmal an die Anordnung der Lichtschalter und Steckdosen gewöhnt hat war das Ferienhaus ein perfekter Startpunkt für unsere Städtereise. Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen und können es nur empfehlen. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt.

Wir fanden die Fewo gemütlicher, als von anderen Gästen bewertet und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Uns fehlte lediglich eine Schere und ein paar mehr Teller. Kaffeepads (seit Küchenbrand) wollten wir nicht nutzen, aber der Filter und Heißwasser funktionierten (fast) genauso gut. Der Garten war ordentlich, der PFLANZKASTEN als solcher zu erkennen.... (auch wenn unser Kind eh aus dem Buddelalter heraus ist). ;-) Optimal gelegen für Ausflüge nach Wien, Bratislava, Hainburg, in den Nationalpark usw.

Natur pur und Großstadt vor der Haustür

Das Ferienhaus ist umgeben von einem sehr schönen großen Garten. Für unseren Hund optimal, da das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Auch das Innere des Hauses ist sehr großzügig gestaltet. Die Lage inmitten des Nationalparks Donauauen ist wunderbar für Ausflüge in die diversen kleinen Schlösser in den Nachbarorten, deren Parks und für Wanderungen in den Donauauen. Auch liegt das Haus zwischen Wien und Bratislava und Staedtetouren sind von hier aus genauso gut moeglich. Das heisst diese Gegend lässt keine Wünsche offen. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Zweckmäßig aber nicht gemütlich

Das Haus Romy ist keine Reise wert.Der Garten ist nicht gepflegt,sondern die reinste Müllhalte.Rasenabfälle entlang am Zaun verteilt.Statt Blumen gibt es Schrittplatten und Metallrohre entlag am Taun.Die Gartenmöbel alt,dreckig und abgestoßen. Sitzauflagen gibt es nicht.Der Sandkast,was keiner sein soll, besteht aus Rasenabfälle und Hundekot.Die Toilettenbrille ist Ekelhaft gelb und Spinnweben von der Decke. Parkplatz (überdacht)gibt es,darf man aber nicht benutzen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig in der Wohnfläche und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles war sauber und auch funktionstüchtig. Die Wohnlage ist dörflich und sehr ruhig. Mit dem Auto kommt in 20 min zur U-Bahn mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem ist die FeWo ein super Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Wien und Umgebung, sehr zu empfehlen.
