「Perfect spot right by the water 」

「Fantastic view, cant say enough about sunrise and sunset. Nice away from it all spot close enough to places to go fora really good balance. The road in isa back road on the cape going any faster than 5mph will rattle you around but totally worth the slow roll in. 」

「We had a wonderful few days here! The house was very clean and well-stocked for a family of four - cozy, nostalgic beach house feel, as we could tell from the pictures, but charming and comfortable. And the beach just outside the door was so quiet and beautiful, we spent most of our time on the porch or beach, soaking up the sun. Perfect stay!」

「Location worked out great for us, we were able to visit, Fall River, drive up the cape, visit Boston, Plymouth,Salem, Gloucester MA (Hammond Castle), and even Kennebunkport ME all in a week! House is clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, only suggestion is maybe new covers on the furniture in the living room and a Keurig but other than that our stay way fantastic. Loved swifts beach and that we could walk there! Thanks for a great week!!」

「This property is a cozy beach cottage located just steps from a beach! The cottage sits behind the owner’s home. The parking area and roads are dirt/ sand. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The cottage uses a padlock and key, so it was left unlocked for us for check-in. The cottage overall was clean, cozy, nicely decorated and had comfortable sitting areas. The bathroom has a very small shower and toilet but no sink in the bathroom, so the kitchen sink needs to be used. There is no...

「The cottage had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. The location was perfect for day trips and the bay beach was chilly but beautiful! The town of Sandwich was lovely and we had a great dinner at the Belfrey on our last night. We'll definitely be back. 」
