「Our biggest beef was with the pet policy. We paid extra for our dog and signed the pet agreement which included a dog bed, dog treats and dog bowl. We never received any of the above nor did they put the sign on the door stated in their own agreement notifying their staff a dog was staying within the room.」
「All of the staff, from front reception to valet, to pool staff were so kind and helpful. We used the pool. Excellent. Used the shuttle, excellent. Had an AC issue and it was taken care before I could even call to the front when I noticed. Will be back and highly recommend.」

The adjacent coffee shop is so cute and delicious! Ripple & Rose is awesome little place for breakfast/lunch and great coffee/drinks. We love Taylor! Go Ducks !!!!」
