“This property owner cancelled 5 hours prior to check-in. Confirmation of check in was given by then5 days prior. Their reason:it was double booked. ”

“The property was nice and as described. There were a few minor maintenance issues like loose or damages boards on thd patio decking or handrails, and the previous tenants damaged a few things before we checked in. But the host was on top of the situation ans called ahead to let us know that a few things we damaged the night before but that they were aware it wasn't our fault. He had a few grocery items, like basic paper goods, delivered to the house within an hour of check-in. I never could……
