This place located in a unique setting with landscaped garden crossed by the river, is ideal for a stopover or to rest longer enjoying the serenity of the place. You will find all the comfort of a warm home and can enjoy the charm of Charentais landscapes, while being close to local shops.

Located 15 km from Ruffec (TGV station) and 25 km from Angoulême (TGV station)

The property has an entrance, a large living space with a lounge, fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator). - We can not accept small children of walking age and under 10 years, because of the dangers associated with the proximity of the river.
- Guests sleeping in 1 room (1 or 2 persons) have access to the entire house, except for the 2nd bedroom. If this one is used during the stay, a supplement will be asked on the basis of the applicable rates according to the number of people having occupied it.
