Great stay! Clean, large rooms, heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The staff is very nice and helpful. There are also 2 very good restaurants in the next parking lot.

Clean and quiet a great place to stay - I liked the no contact check in process. Our key code number didn’t work but a call quickly resolved it. Keurig in room with teas and coffee. Played in the pool and hot tub. Overall great experience.

If had such a strong odor of mildew or mold and no staffing to talk to. Even though weather was above 70 non of the outdoor things were available.

The young lady who was at the front desk was the most wonderful Lady i have delt with in all my stays in the chelan and manson areas. I would come back to this hotel again just because of the front desk lady and the cleaning staff they were awsome.

Was hoping the hot tub would be open but it wasn't. Beds were super comfy and the shower was awesome! Very cute little place.

One night stay
Very nice place. Very comfortable and clean room. The bed was fabulous! The cleaning solution smell was a bit overwhelming though. No staff on site- we got check in instructions via text. But we didn’t need any help. I’d stay here again.

Not a Boutique hotel by any standard
Calling this place a "Boutique" hotel is like calling a Chevy Equinox a "Luxury SUV." It is most like a Comfort Inn. The room smelled strongly of mildew. The mattresses were saggy. Upon checking in you are given a code for your room and told that there is no night staff and the front door remains unlocked. The location reminded us of a warehouse store parking lot. If you are looking for a Motel 6, quick in and out no frills experience, this is your place.
