"Wonderful hotel, would definitely recommend and stay again! I got a tour of the facilities as soon as I arrived which I loved as it meant I didn’t have to discover things independently and wonder how things worked. The room was gorgeous, just bear in mind the toilet and shower share the same door, I didn’t mind as I was travelling solo. The food was delicious! Everything I ate tasted good from the breakfast to the lunch to the dinner, everything was tasty! The only room for improvement is the WiFi, at times it would drop if I went from my room to the pool for example but it came back minutes after so not the end of the world. I loved staying here so much and would definitely stay here again if coming to Portugal"

"Property location was great. Beaches were close by and walkable as were the restaurants.Pool area had lots of seating available. The pool was great and it felt nice and secluded.The property was lovely and the air-con was great in the bedrooms. Unfortunately the umbrella was broken when we arrived so the shade for the pool area was limited. A couple of the ping pong bats were broken too. We notified the property agent but as we were only there for a week we didn’t expect these to be fixed/replaced during our stay.There was some black mould on the ceiling to the en-suite to the main bedroom."

"The towels were very poor. Not enough for the guests and they had holes in most of them. The oven wasn’t suitable for cooking for. Large groups. It only had one rack in it."

"we had a great stay. The house was clean and nice, and a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The outdoor area was nice with plenty of space to enjoy the sun and dinner in the evening. What we were not happy with was the basement, it was damp and smelled of fungus. No ventilation or emergency exits. We also experienced a lot of cockroaches in the basement and in the kitchen."

Stylish Villa w/ Heatable Pool near Galé Beach

"Hands down, a perfect location. There's a market just a 5-10 minute walk away, and the beach is only 3 minutes on foot. There you'll find a bar, a couple of restaurants, and massages right on the sand. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and ocean toys are all available to rent as well. Albufeira itself is just a 10-15 minute drive, and there was enough parking for three compact SUVs.The villa is as described and ideal for a big group. We had 14 people and plenty of space to come together or split off when we wanted privacy. Our family loved having the option of swimming in the pool or walking down to the beach. Some areas of the home felt a bit more run-down than others, especially the bathrooms, and the beds weren't very comfortable. They felt closer to sleeping on cardboard than a real mattress. We also noticed a few ants on arrival and didn't think much of it, but by the next day we found a major infestation in one corner of the house, with scattered ants elsewhere that seemed to be searching for food. This was probably the worst part of our stay.The rooftop was a nice touch to hang out on and watch the sunset. There was another rooftop we asked for access to, and they said they'd look into it, but we never got a response.Overall, this villa is great with lots of potential. It just needs some updating, comfier beds, and something done about the ant problem."
