“We came in late and left early, we were on tour and booked it as a place to clean up and sleep then get back on the road. The photos aren't inaccurate, but it's kind of rough. The photos should speak for themselves; for example the sign talks about homelessness, hanging on the porch, doing drugs, etc, all saying that you will be ejected immediately for violating the rules and if you are offended, "deal with it." “I received an email the night before my check in at 10 PM stating that my reservation was canceled due to the host double booking. Not even an apology or the word “sorry” was included. I was unable to get another VRBO on such short notice in the area I needed to be in. When I responded to her email with questions about other possible apartments available for rent in this mansion she never responded. Period.”

“The host Lou was supper helpful and provided us with many places all around the area. The apt was clean and well kept. Parking was not an issue. Would defiantly stay here again!”

“This is right near uptown. It is close enough that everything is walkable but far enough on the edge that it's not too loud. Small World coffee is around the corner and so is Hoagie Haven, Tiger Noodles and some other food spots. The apartment itself is comfortable. There were a few odd things that weren't a big deal such as linens were provided but only one washcloth. Also, be aware that the heating is uneven. “Great stay. Place had more than enough basics (towels, kitchen supplies, etc) for two people. Definitely watch the check in video! It made finding the actual Apartment and parking so incredibly easy. Would definitely stay again.”
