「Gracias a Dios que solo habíamos reservado 1 noche en esta propiedad. Cuando llegamos a hacer check in alrededor de las 3pm todo estaba bien. Alrededor de las 5pm se fue la luz en la propiedad. Pensamos que esto iba a ser pasajero sin embargo la luz no regresó hasta el día siguiente alrededor de las 10am. Es importante mencionar que las otras propiedades de alrededor si contaban con luz. Al estar sin luz por casi 12 horas la comida que teníamos en el refrigedor se puso mala. Claramente no había...

「We loved Casa Cecilia! The staff are all amazing. Natalia and Annabel were always ready to help with anything! The kitchen, cleaning and security staff were also extremely friendly. The location on the beach was fabulous and its proximity to Rocomar for drinks and lunch is perfect. We loved hanging out and chilling at Casa Cecilia. We spent five nights and were so relaxed by the end of the trip. The ambiance “makes” you wind down and relax. The rooms are a little tired, but very clean...

「NO ONE should book this property. We paid $2,600 for a week and ended up leaving on day one. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never once walked out until this place. I don’t even know where to begin. Before you even get to the hotel, enjoy climbing up the disaster of a dirt road. It’s extremely steep and full of holes that will most definitely scrape the bottom of your car. I was really concerned for my rental. Driving up and down this road, especially at night, was a nightmare....

「Amazing place, great staff and they respond quickly thru What's App to anything you need. Would stay again, very private. You can't hear anything from the main drag. I'd recommend closing the blinds that face the sun when you leave for the day so it's not as hot when you return, you can ask the cleaning ladies that」

「Loved this hotel! We ended up staying in one room for 3 people which was a bit small but for a few days it worked well. Cleaning was great and every issue we had with low water pressure, for example, was fixed in seconds. Staff is great and very welcoming. Great location, close to all good restaurants and the beach. 」

At dinner, the servers never came to check on us, ask if we needed anything, how our food was. We found them to be quite curt and not customer focused. Housekeeping and gardeners A+; reception desk staff varied depending on who was working.」
