“waren mit 9 Erwachsenen da, die 3er Zimmer waren sehr klein und hatten keinen Fernseher, auch der Grill wurde uns erst kurz vor Ende unseres Urlaubes zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein paar mehr Tasse und Trinkgläser wären wünschenswert gewesen, die Kühe war auch sehr klein. Standlaken waren nur mit Aufpreis zu bekommen. Dann mussten wir vor Ort noch zusätzlich eine Tourismusabgabe in bar bezahlen. Bei dem Mietpreis hatten wir gedacht dass alles abgegolten wäre. Auch die Fahrräder waren in unseren……

“Villa Clodia is a beautiful property set in a very quaint vilage with spectacular views across the countryside. We hired it on a self catering basis as a group of friends. We loved our stay there. It's very easy to access (good train links) and Leonardo arranged our collection from the airport. The town of Manziana is very pretty and very close by so you can buy all the provisions you need if you are s/c.I would very much recommend the property and hope to return one day”

“Mooie locatie, vriendelijke persoon bij het inchecken (niet de eigenaar blijkbaar) maar privacy is een grote nul! Een deel van het balkon en een venster die naar het zwambad kijkt waar een andere familie woont waar je hen hoort praten die je ongerust maakt. Dit was niet duidelijk op de foto's of werd ook niet verteld bij de beschrijving. Bovendien waren de bedlinnen en handdoeken blijkbaar niet in de prijs inbegrepen terwijl in de advertentie duidelijk instaat dat ze wel zouden inbegrepen zijn.……

“We had two families of 5 stay at Villa Simonetta and the house was perfect! It was a perfect mix of beach town living and a short train ride from downtown Rome for sight seeing. Highly recommend getting the bikes and the local wine tasting, we loved our time there!”
