"Everything is on 17th St., so was easy to find. The place used to be apartments so the room was very large and extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked being able to look out at the waterfall that was across the street. I would stay there again if I needed to be in Topeka, KS."

"All good, not fancy, clean and comfortable to sleep, except the AC unit, too noisy. I manged by running it during the dat, and turning it off during the night. Also, the refrigerator was noisy snd froze my sodas. With a bit better maintenance it would be a 5 star rating."
