「Listing lied about panoramic views…no water view, construction right outside bedroom window…construction noise starts at 7am, owner also promised blackout shades in the bedrooms, nope (another lie), dried blood on towels, filthy rugs (bring slipper). But the view of the Space Needle was outstanding. 」

「Location is great. Studio is cozy, but very well equipped. We were two friends in our 60’s and used the bed and the sofa bed. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Our only issue was lack of counter space in the bathroom. The sink has a very skinny edge and the shelving unit above the toilet has shelves that are not solid. So for women, it was a challenge to find room for your bathroom products and hair tools. But that is a minor issue! 」

「Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! 」

「Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

「Location of unit was very central to downtown area of Seattle. It was about a 5 min walk to the nearest light rail station which I used to get to and from the airport. The water taxi and ferries to Bainbridge, Vashon and West Seattle are all 5 min walk across the street.
