“Parking was easy and secure. Room was very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I think the fan in the room with the toilet is not working. the pillows on the bed were the only bad thing about the room. They were wildly unsupportive and uncomfortable. The pillows should be rethought. Otherwise it was a really great experience.”

Our room was cozy and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was excited for the healthier breakfast options. “First time staying at this property. The room was impeccably clean. The staff were amazing. We arrived early. Our room wasn't ready yet because we arrived early and we still were able to get our key in our parking pass so that when we returned, we could take care of all of that right away. The bed was comfortable water pressure was fantastic in the shower. They do have breakfast, which was good. Thank you for a great night's day. Love the Saugatuck area. Can't go wrong.”
