"Hereโs the deal, I think things are either 1 star or 5 star. I donโt think the stay deserved a 1 star, but itโs a huge stretch for a 5 star. The place definitely is nice for the price and you can tell people who have stayed have been rough on it. The communication with the property manager was good, they are quick to respond. Hereโs the issue, they donโt have water continuously running, it needs to get pumped in, so for our 2.5 day stay, we ran out of water 3 times and needed them to pump water...

"This was a beautiful hotel. Highly recommend the pool view rooms. The cleanliness of the property was excellent, staff very nice. Near Patong beach but far enough away for peace and quiet."
