The team directing the property is professional, helpful and gracious. The property is conveniently located close to the ocean and to many convenient stores. I recommend Versailles hotel as a top destination for Mar del Plata.

Gracias Versailles Mardel

Versailles is a lovely hotel. Really welcoming staff, they were so accommodating when i arrived. I was disappointed that they wouldn't/couldn't alter my booking before my stay and add another day at the beginning. They said there were no rooms avaialble but there were. Strange situation. My room was at the back of the hotel. Small but really bright in the evening sun. There was a mold smell when i first entered, but a blast of cold air from the Mar del Plata soon cleared that out. I guess the room wasnt occupied for a while (see above!). Breakfast needs an upgrade. Every staff member i had an interaction with was fantastic. Shout out to Valentina and her male colleague on the front desk.

1er contact fastidieux avec un membre du personnel à la réception . Pas sympa , genre petit chef. 1ere chambre pas gerable au niveau de la Clim , sans boîtier et une ventilation par la suite poussiéreuse . Changement de chambre , des dysfonctionnements. Contaba con estacionamiento según disponibilidad, está modernizado pero con poco presupuesto así que ya estaba el mueble roto, el baño chiquito e incómodo. La cama estaba bien. El precio final no fue el de la página , así que no convenía reservar por acá.

Muy buena experiencia, eramos 5 personas en 2 habitaciones, ya he estado en este hotel y siempre me fue bien, la chica de recepcion que esata por la tarde es muy amable y se esfuerza por atender a los pasajeros!

Buen hotel - un poco caro para el nivel

Muy buen hotel cerca de la playa, es un poco antiguo pero esta bastante bien conservado. El personal es muy amable y servicial. A nivel limpieza muy bien El desayuno casi sin frutas, pero tiene pan, jamón, queso y medias lunas. La cama y almohadas son confortables y el aire acondicionado funciona bien.

Hermoso hotel

Fui dos noches con mi mujer y mi hijo pequeño. Hermoso hotel, super cómodo. Habitación super linda, espaciosa,baño de primer nivel, desayuno abundante y rico. Los empleados muy atentos y respetuosos. Es más, nos olvidamos un cargador, nos dimos cuenta a la hora de haber salido. Llamamos y nos guardaron el cargador hasta que fuimos a buscarlo. Ni hablar de la ubicación. Todo muy lindo, hicieron nuestra estadía increible. Super recomendable
