The service at the lounge was outstanding, and a special mention goes to Steve and the entire Level 38 team for being so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast at Edge was another standout. The quality and variety of the buffet were top-notch, easily one of the best we’ve experienced. Every detail, from the food to the service, was handled with care and professionalism. From check-in to check-out, everything felt seamless. The staff across the hotel were consistently friendly, helpful, and made our anniversary feel extra special. In a nutshell, everything was perfect. "the two front desk lady were very helpful. the night supervisor was able to remove mold on the shower door. the checkout process was simple. the location is close to harbor front center to take bus to KL."

"Great hotel in a great location - unfortunately the adventure pool was closed for maintenance but the rest of the pools were still great. The breakfast was good. The rooms are small."
