「We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. 「For et godt valg, tenkte vi da vi kom, og det sier det meste. God beliggenhet ift. sentrum og stranda. Stille og rolig på kvelden/natta ( vi bodde nærmest stranda). Strålende rengjøring med ofte bytte av håndklær og sengetøy. Stor og familiær vennlighet fra ansatte. Store rom med alt du trenger - kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap med en liten fryser, (kaffemaskin med kapsler som blir påfyll hver dag), vannkoker osv. God størrelse på terrassen. 「The hotel and staff were fantastic. We got to eat our breakfast every morning on our balcony looking into the bay around Chania. We liked the location and did not mind making use of the local taxis to spend time in the town where there were plenty of excellent restaurants. The staff were first rate and we wanted for nothing. Would recommend anyone to visit this hotel and Chania.」
