"Athina and Yiannis were great hosts of this gorgeous property. It is just minutes to walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, and lots of local shops. The property is so clean. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is compact but perfectly fine, great shower and hot water any time of day. Balcony was nice but there are also a lot of seating areas around the property. There is dedicated parking next to the property which is a bonus! We will absolutely stay here again, next time we are in Lefkada!"

"Have just had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff are fantastic, a particular call outs for Athena on reception, who politely helped us with so many queries and always had a smile. Also Dimitri on the restaurant/bar, was so hardworking and pleasant. The staff are all very friendly and hard working. The food menu was limited, but adequate for a light lunch, the Lefkas lentil salad was amazing. As a general comment some external parts of the hotel might need to be looked at as bits are tired and the pool water could be clearer. It was quiet for our week until the end when a larger party arrived and then there was a struggle to get a sun bed/umbrella. Also the beach isnt that accessible and is small, however there are so many amazing beaches youll be spoilt for choice (beach shoes are a must). Finally if you have mobility issues this might be a challenge as there are lots of steps. The hotel is well located between Nikiana and Nidri, with lots of options to eat, shop and go on sightseeing trips. We hired a car and this was helpful as the bus is intermittent. A lovely, quiet, small hotel with friendly staff for a peaceful holiday. Enjoy"

"We saw Ionian Blue on a drive to Vasiliki and it looked so beautiful I did usual research on booking platforms only to find that it rated very poorly, eg. 6.5. Not to be deterred that evening as I was very keen to stay at Ionian Blue we popped in just as 100’s of wedding guests filed in for the reception. We had a look around the beautiful foyer/bar/view and were blown away. We decided to book for two nights and loved every minute. Firstly, Ionian Blue is a grand old dame. She is majestic. Sure some fittings could be refreshed, yes the gym has defunct equipment but the sheer beauty of this resort and the enthusiasm of the staff to help with every whim makes Ionian Blue the best stay we have had the pleasure of experiencing in the last two months of road tripping through Europe. If none of this has convinced you then lastly a dip in this clean area of Ionian Sea from the sun lounge platform or the huge immaculately clean pool after having the most superb grilled prawns and club sandwich. The food is sensational as is the service."

"Wonderful view from villa with very nice pool and well appointed and comfortable property.We had a very hot week so spent a lot of time in pool or seeking shade on beaches.The local cat was very cute and friendly and needs looking after.Loads of restaurants and tavernas within ten minute drive.Have to drive everywhere as near coastal road but roads not busy and sivota,Demi and Nydri are within ten minutes drive. Island hopping boat tours from nydri a must but I would avoid the big boats as too busy. Island is surprisingly green and beautiful, beaches are busy."
