✅ General Rules

Check-in: After 4:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Maximum Guests: 12

No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval

🚭 No Smoking Indoors

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home

You may smoke in designated outdoor areas only — please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly

🔊 No Parties or Events

Parties, large gatherings, or events are not allowed

Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Music and outdoor noise should be kept to a reasonable level, especially in the evening

🐶 No Pets
-Small Pets may be allowed with prior approval only

🧹 Cleanliness & Damage

Please treat our home with care and report any damages immediately

No eating or drinking in bedrooms

Excessive mess or unapproved damages may result in additional cleaning or repair fees

🏊 Pool & Jacuzzi Use

Use the pool and jacuzzi at your own risk

No glass containers near the pool or jacuzzi

Children must be supervised at all times

Heated Pool hours: 7:30 AM- 5:00 PM
Heated Jacuzzi hours: 5:00 PM – 10:30 PM

⚠️ Safety & Security

Always lock doors and windows when leaving the home

Do not tamper with security cameras (front entrance & Patio)

No open flames or fireworks on property

🛥️ Kayaks & Fishing Gear

Use is at your own risk — wear life vests and follow local water safety laws

Please rinse and store equipment properly after use
