“My daughter and I stayed for 5 days and we had a great time, the beds were comfortable and overall it was a great experience. The last night there we did see dolphins in the water behind the boat. The A/C was cold and overall the boat was very comfortable. Would highly recommend.”

“Great place to stay. Brand new cabin. Still smelled like new inside. So close to the water. They had kayaks to take out. Places to sit around the fire pit. Bench to watch the ocean and see the sunset. Can even snorkel around the rocks on the jetty. We even rented a pontoon boat from the place go out and explore. Nice place. ”

“My brother my son and three other friends stayed the first five days. Fish bonded had a great time everyone thought the accommodations were great. “The condo was great! Very relaxing atmosphere, nice pool and bar. Phil had everything we needed and then some. “The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close
and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The house was amazing! The boat dock attached to the house was very convenient to let our boats stay in the water for the whole week and the transit to the ocean through the channel was only a couple of minutes and very easy to navigate. Jay was an incredible host. I texted/called him multiple times for questions and he was always willing to help. If I could give this place 1,000 stars I would!!! Definitely would recommend!”

“Property was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Seawall was under construction so we had to rent a slip at the attached Marina, but this was spelled out in the booking so wasnt a surprise to us. We will definitely be visiting again!”

“Andrew’s home was perfect for our family gathering in the keys last week, which included 4 parents, 3 seniors, and 6 kids aged 4-10. The home was very clean, and each room has its own bathroom, plus there is an extra powder room and pool bath. The pool stayed cool even after a long, hot day. There was plenty of room for 4 cars in the driveway. And our boat trailer.
