This beachfront villa is located in the residential area of Carib Playa, just a 2-minute walk from the white sandy beach. The protected natural area of Las Dunas de Artola borders the spacious backyard, allowing direct access from the garden to the beach without crossing any roads.



The villa features a large private garden with a pool, which can be heated for an extra fee—perfect for children to play and enjoy the outdoors. Electricity consumption will be charged according to meter readings.



Inside, the ground floor offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a spacious dining area with access to the terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen with laundry room. Upstairs, you’ll find a fourth bedroom, a bathroom, an open dressing room and lounge, plus a smaller terrace.



Nearby, there’s a small supermarket and several beachfront restaurants within walking distance. Málaga Airport is 40 km away. In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach the heart of Marbella, with its charming old town, a long promenade, and many restaurants and bars. Puerto Banús is also only a 15-minute drive away.



For larger shopping trips, La Cañada shopping center at the Ojén exit before Marbella offers a supermarket, fashion boutiques, restaurants, a cinema, and a bowling alley.



The area offers many activities, such as water parks in Mijas Costa and Torremolinos, Selwo Marina and Sea Life Park in Benalmádena, Selwo Adventure and Wildlife Park in Estepona, and treetop adventures at Amazonia Elviria.
