This wonderful private villa benefits from a secluded yet unisolated location nestled within the luxurious hills of Elviria. This spacious open-plan air conditioned villa spread over 2 floors includes mature landscaped gardens, large terraces and a private pool. The three bedrooms are located on the top floor where there is also access to a roof terrace with all-day sun. The ground floor has a grand living room, tv sitting room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor covered patio area complete with table and barbecue is perfect for al fresco dining. This leads to the sun lounging area and pool, which is not overlooked. The landscaped gardens continue towards the rear of the property and feature a variety of fruit trees and exotic plants. There is also a laundry room at the rear of the property.
Only 5 minutes drive away are the golden beaches of Elviria, renowned golf courses and the world famous Nikki Beach. The nearby shops, restaurants and bars of the local plaza are fun to explore both day and night.

Family holiday

Good sizes property for 6 people, could do with some modernisation.Pool was nice and cleaner regularily.Kitchen was well equipt, but again needs some modernisation.As previous comments have mentionedThere didn't appear to be a bbq.We still had a lovely stay and would recommend.

Great holiday but villa needs TLC

We had a wonderful family holiday at the villa. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. During the day the spaces we made most use of and enjoyed were the covered dining area overlooking the pool and the pool area itself. The barbeque shown in the photographs was no longer there and the water in the pool had a green tinge to it ,until the pool maintenance people came, five days after our arrival. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The sitting-room was extremely comfortable with a good television (Netflix and Amazon) to relax in at the very end of the day. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and accommodating with plenty of storage. The terrace upstairs afforded good views over the surrounding area and the sea. The gardens were well maintained, although we were a little alarmed to see, on arrival, an ancient wheelbarrow propped up against a palm tree and the frame of an old pushchair outside the laundry room. Laundry facilities were good as was the parking and general security. What was a bugbear was the general standard of decoration. We could clearly see, both inside and out, areas where the painting had been started, but not completed. The railings around the outside dining area, bordering the pool. were corroded and rusty. Overall, we had a great holiday, but for this villa to be called truly "luxury", it needs work and TLC. .

Super Lage

Das Haus ist wunderschön, auch wenn die Möbel etwas altmodisch sind. Im Haus ist alles verfügbar, was man braucht ( viele Bade und Handtücher, Bettbezüge und vieles mehr ) Die Eigentümer sind immer erreichbar und super nett. Die Gärtner sind jeden zweiten Tag Vorort und reinigen den Pool und den Garten. Der goldene Strand ist 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt und auch die Supermärkte sind 4-5 Auto min entfernt, sowie Apotheke und Restaurants. Schöne und ruhige Lage und sehr privat. Vielen Dank 😊

Needs a bit of modernisation

We are not people to moan but there was a few things that need addressing! 1. When we arrived the key wasn’t in the key box as specified, so we had to stand in the road in the midday sun for about an hour until an old man turned up with a key ! He didn’t speak a word of English & it took both of us to get in the front door as was stuck! 2.The villa is very tired & needs a lot of modernisation as there is a lot of potentially hazardous cracked tiles outside! Also nearly all the coping stones on one side of the pool were loose & need re-bedding in place! 3.Pool wasn’t the cleanest! 4. Gardeners turned up 4 times in 14 day’s unannounced each time & let themselves in without even a hello & at midday so we had to come away from the pool each time! Then the gardeners messed around with the pool & the next day it was flooding the patio area! The next day it had dropped by 6 inches! We informed the owner & the gardeners returned only for one of them to gesture to me that it was something that I had done! Wasn’t happy with that! 5. As Stated before we couldn’t open the front door From the outside! So each night we went out we had to leave & return via the doors around the back! One was a sliding cage & the others sliding patio doors! Only the sliding cage locked ! So at night we had to close the metal shutters for security! Also couldn’t open the shutters in our main bedroom so was a bit dark ! So basically we made the most out of our stay! This Villa could be a fantastic place as all what surround are! Just needs a bit of money spending on it! Perhaps this reflects in the price of renting it for two weeks!

Great family vacation

Our family of 5 (three teens) thoroughly enjoyed the villa. It was beautiful and just as shown. We used the villa as our hub for day trips to Córdoba, Granada and Sevilla- coming back for a late swim and spending every other day at the villa. We enjoyed the pool , patios and BBQ. Checking in was easy and we were frayed for the Parking spot. We also enjoyed a few evenings in nearby Marbella. A perfect stay! One note- the villa has AC which is a rare find, but most evenings were cool enough to go without it.

Perfect stay!

Great stay at this villa. Exactly what is advertised. Great location, short 15-20minute walk to the bottom of the residential area to a couple of restaurants and supermarket. Communication with owner was perfect and the cleaner was ready and waiting for us on arrival I collect the keys. Great outdoor area, pool clean and private! Would recommend!

Fabulous villa in secluded area

Just arrived back after a long weekend staying at this lovely spacious villa which has all the amenities you need inside and out, to make for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The pool and area was very clean and had beds and towels provided. The lady who met us Vicki was very pleasant, accommodating and extremely helpful. The villa is in a nice secluded area and a car is recommended. We cannot fault the villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Really lovely villa that was well- equipped ... slide going into the swimming pool was a bonus !!

The villa is spacious and on a really nice quiet development. The rooms are large and the smart TV was useful so that we could connect to Netflix and Amazon which helped when keeping out of the midday sun. Hardial also supplies plenty of beach towels which was appreciated so that we didn't need to bring our own. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Bathrooms were all good. The air conditioning in all rooms was really effective and I liked the quiet mode in bedrooms. The master bedroom is really big with large ensure which was appreciated. Personally we would prefer a charcoal BBQ but the gas one supplied is good quality - we did have an issue with the gas valve but that was resolved whilst we were there. The villa is within a short (less than 5 min drive) of local supermarkets and there are a selection of restaurants within walking distance at the bottom of the hill. Nearest beach is 5 min drive. We enjoyed going to Puerto Banus which is 20 mins away. We also chose to take our children (11/6 and 4) to Mijas aquapark - the parking was a bit of a nightmare but it is a nice water park well suited for younger children. Overall a lovely villa with a lovely pool - the slide into the pool is a real added bonus for children and adults alike. Well-kept grounds and really quiet although there are neighbouring villas. There is lots to do in the area. I would recommend the villa and Hardial has been very easy to liaise with over all arrangements. Thanks!!

Lovely villa in quiet location!

We stayed for 10 days in August, a family of six, two teenagers and two boys aged 8. The villa was well appointed and comfortable, everything you would need for a family holiday. The grounds were beautifully well kept and the pool was the best we have had in many holidays...really clean and very warm. The location is extremely quiet and you are a short walk to the nearest shops and restaurants but we had a car so no problem. Lovely part of Spain and would definitely return again!
