Beachfront ground floor studio for rent in Romana Playa Elviria. This well appointed studio has direct access to the Elviria beach. Romana Playa has several pools, ample comunal zones, a public gym and is located walking distance to amenities



The studio in Marbella has capacity for 2 people.

The studio is cozy, is fully-equiped, and is 35 m². The property is located right next to the beach.

The property is located 30 m from the sand beach, 30 m from the from the restaurant, 300 m from the bus station, 300 m from the supermarket, 2 km from the golf course, 4 km from the city, 45 km from the airport. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood next to the sea.
