Fantastic relaxing villa with so much space
We really enjoyed our stay at the villa - as a group of 9 we wanted lots of space and we weren’t disappointed. The villa is really well equipped and has lots of activities to keep everyone engaged. The area is beautiful and peaceful and only a short drive to the beaches and shops plus access to lots of activities acros the Costa del Sol. Would recommend to families and groups.

We’ve just come back from this villa after staying there for 17 nights . Was a beautiful property with amazing views . Plenty of space for everyone & Linda and her house manager was so helpful when we needed anything. I would just note that a car is definitely needed and if older relatives were to stay the 3 floors may not be ideal . Would definitely recommend to others

Fabulous family mini break
Such a wonderful house, in a quiet residential area, with plenty of space for our extended family. The pool was brilliant, a generous size and surrounded by a very mature well maintained garden. We managed to lock ourselves out of the house and were impressed by the speedy response of the owner and property manager.

Magnificent villa... Beautiful property for an unforgettable holiday!
When you walk into the property, you know it will be a spectacular holiday. The house’s vibe is warm, welcoming, and peaceful, just what we needed for this extra special family getaway. Every room is filled with beautiful details and amazing views, just the perfect setting to relax, unfold, and recharge. The pictures don’t do justice to how gorgeous the villa is! Linda was fantastic from the first moment we contacted her, and she provided us with specific instructions that made this an uneventful experience. We requested the pool to be heated, and it did make a massive difference as it was a bit windy and chilly, so the warm water felt great! We are certainly coming back to the villa sometime soon as we loved it so much!

Las Terrazas is the best place to stay if you want to relax with friends or family and to enjoy all the amenities the property has. I also want to highlight it's great host, Linda. The comunication with her was super easy and fluent from the begining and made our stay really comfortable.

The property was in great shape and very clean. It was in a good location 25 minutes from the airport in Malaga and only 10 - 15 minutes to Marbella. We loved the ability and ease to get to both cities. Our favorite part of the property was the citrus grove in the sideyard. Picking lemons, limes, grapefruits, and oranges from the trees and making freshly squeezed juice was an unexpected experience that enhanced the stay. During two days of our vacation, we had a chef service come in to cook for the family and the food was amazing for both meals. We were extremely comfortable our entire stay and had a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this property. The ownership, staff, and concierge service were all great to work with.

The home was amazing! Do not hesitate in deciding where to stay. You will not be disappointed.
To celebrate my husband’s 45th, we invited friends and family from around the globe to join us for a week. All 9 of us were blown away by the house, service and overall experience! The home was beautiful even more so than the pictures, if that’s possible. The grounds are significant and the pool was amazing! We thought the night temperature was too cold for the pool but changed our minds once we arrived. Linda was great and accommodated us by allowing us to choose the heated pool option for the week. We enjoyed the pool every night, it was so nice. Some of our friends compared the home’s location to that similar to Hollywood Hills. Also, you can’t beat the views of the sea. Great location to many destinations such as Malaga, Ronda, Granada and Marbella. Had a catered private dinner one night and the house had all the dinnerware necessary. We hope to stay again very soon. We had to reach out to Linda and Victoria a few times about questions and they responded immediately. If you are wondering if this is the place for you, trust me, just do it! You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful villa
We have just returned from a late October holiday at this amazing villa.I rarely write reviews (positive or negative) of services which we have used but I feel compelled to do so on this occasion –to share our excellent experience with others.I will try and highlight what we enjoyed most and important issues for prospective guests. The photographs provide an accurate feel of the villa.If anything they do not fully capture the quality and range of the facilities.How often is one disappointed with the reality when relying on photos.This is not the case with this villa-it is as good(better!) than the photos suggest. The amenities provided are extensive and of excellent quality.A proper cinema room ,a gym/exercise room of professional quality.Sonos,Netflix,cable TV,table tennis,pool table etc.The biggest barbecue that I have used.Multiple locations to sit/eat to chase or retreat from the sun.Everything in first class order ,immaculately clean.Tidy well maintained gardens.Excellent security arrangements.The villa does not feel like a rental property but rather someone’s home(which it is!) We appreciated the handbook /guide provided by the owners.It contained all the practical stuff that you need when arriving at a strange new house but much,much more.Restaurant suggestions(which were accurate).Emergency contacts(which we did not need).Things to do in the Marbella area.Taxi numbers etc We paid extra for heating of the pool and although the temperature was above average for late October this was an excellent investment.I would recommend this except for summer. Finally ,the hosts were very responsive prior to booking and during our stay. A cot and kids dining chair provided at short notice.Trivial communications answered speedily.Their attention to detail and pride in their house/home contributed to our wonderful holiday.

We were a three generation family staying for ten days in the villa. The house is really wonderful and well designed both indoor and outdoor including the gym, pool table, swimming pool and a beautiful garden area. The owner was always very responsive and supportive whenever we had a question. Cleaning twice a week was also very much appreciated. We were extremely satisfied. and had a wonderful stay. Bertil

First rate villa.......
I booked this property for a family break for 10 people including 4 teenagers and my Mum and Dad (in their 80s). This is an exceptional villa. Firstly, there is plenty of space. The bedrooms are large and well air conditioned. They all have bathrooms attached. There is plenty of room and seating areas for people to disappear into if they want a break from each other. The pool is salt (not chlorine) and as a result is much better to spend a lot of time in. There's loads of room in the pool and around it to relax. The house is superbly well equipped. It genuinely feels like someone's home that you're living in - and as a result has some excellent touches (Sonos speakers, PS4 etc, etc). There are games to get stuck into in the evening and the seating areas for eating are excellent. Cooking facilities are great including a MASSIVE BBQ - which got plenty of use during our stay. Beaches nearby are busy, but very nice - better to get there early in the morning than late. My only comment would be that there isn't really anywhere to walk out to in the evenings (restaurants / bars etc). Everywhere is manageable in a taxi or through driving - but there isn't anywhere to stroll out to after dinner. Nearby restaurants are very good though. If you're looking for somewhere in the 'action' of Marbella - this is more of a luxury retreat where you can just wile away the hours. We loved it - and there's plenty to see and do from a sightseeing perspective (Ronda, Gibralter, Granada) if you don't mind jumping in a car. Overall an absolutely first rate villa. The owners are excellent from a communication perspective and the local agent is very good. Highly recommend for a large family group......no-one was murdered.......always a risk on a family holiday!

Lovely Villa in a Beautiful Setting
We had a 5 day break at this lovely villa. It is beautifully decorated in a Moorish style. There are many inside and outside areas to relax in. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular, just lovely to wake up to every morning. We would definitely return if staying locally again

Beautiful property in a very peaceful setting
Rented this beautiful villa with a group of old friends for 4 nights, it catered for all our needs with many varied entertainment areas, very comfortable bedrooms, great pool temperature and all the facilities a group of lads need to have a bit of fun on holiday.

Perfect Place To Be
It is a terrific location. The house offers everything you can dream of. The area Las Chapas is one if the best surroundings in Marbella. We stayed there with our family consisting of 8 persons The host takes perfectly care of you without being to close. But if you need help, they care. A Beautiful Property
So much care and attention has been poured into this beautiful house. It really feels like a much loved home and we felt lucky to stay. We went with a large family group with children between 7 and 10 and the pool and other facilities were perfect for them. The cinema room is a real treat! A couple of good supermarkets are nearby and easy access to the main highway to get you to Marbella, Estepona and beyond. The owners have been nothing but helpful and responsive throughout.

Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood.
gorgeous home in equally gorgeous neighborhood. has everything one would need. The owner very responsive + connected us with a local concierge who I would highly recommend. my only negative is that guess bedrooms are on lower level so windows and light is limited. Also had some issues with septic while there. Nonetheless would stay there again! Two thumbs up!!

Just to say three of the four bedrooms on the lower level have full length glass patio doors to outside terraces (two double doors and one single) so have ample windows/light. The issue with the septic tank has now been resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Perfect Villa in a great location, highly recommend!
We had the best family holiday in this villa in May half term. The pictures do not lie and the house exceeds itself with a lovely homely feel. We paid extra to have the pool heated so it was perfect for the kids to spend hours swimming. I would definitely do this again. The villa comes with lots of information about the surrounding area with recommendations on days out and restaurants of which we tried 3 restaurants all outstanding and 2 trips out which left us all feeling how much we want to go back. The villa itself is fully equipped with all you need and lots to do, table tennis, pool table, gym, cinema room and the kids loved exploring the gardens (which are immaculate) and gorgeous fruit trees. The owner was very accommodating giving us a slightly later check out and a cleaner came in half way through the week. Perfect stay overall!

Owner very accommodating. House great with well equipped kitchen and lots for small children as well as teens to do. Perfect location for seeing various parts of southern Spain. Owner generous with suggestions for siteseeing as well as restaurants, etc.. Wish pool would have been heated before we arrived instead of last 2 days, miscommunication i think.

Fantastic villa, absolutely ideal as the base for our family vacation.
This is a spacious villa with a very large swimming pool and outside terrace, perfect for entertaining a large group. There are many different locations around the property where you can gather either a small or large number of people and lots of areas for privacy. The owner was really easy to work with and was very accommodating. Also, the place looked just like the photographs. Wonderful views and a beautiful property. We loved our time there. Too far to walk to the beach but was a quick 5 minute drive so was easy enough to get to.

Magnifique séjour dans un vrai coin de paradis!
Nous sommes partis une semaine en famille dans cette magnifique villa proche de Marbella. Tout était absolument parfait! Avant l'arrivée, l'échange d'informations avec Linda était rapide et efficace et elle a vraiment fait preuve d'une gentillesse et d'une patience exceptionnelles. A l'arrivée, tout était comme prévu. La maison est décorée avec goût avec un véritable souci du détail. Tout est beau, sent bon et donne l'impression d'être chez soi tout en étant somptueux. Chaque pièce est agencée avec tout le nécessaire, que ce soit la climatisation dans chaque chambre ou les ustensiles de cuisine, quoi que nous ayons pu chercher, nous l'avons trouvé! L'extérieur reste la plus belle partie, avec un jardin très bien tenu, plusieurs terrasses mais notre préférée restant celle au bord de la piscine. La maison est équipée d'un système de sécurité un peu impressionnant quand on n'a pas l'habitude, mais finalement très intuitif et fonctionnel ( j'ai déclenché l'alarme par erreur et la sécurité était là en 5 minutes!). Le quartier est charmant et très calme, à 3minutes en voiture d'un supermarché et à seulement 10min de Marbella. En résumé, des vacances réussies dans un cadre exceptionnel. Je recommande vraiment cette maison aux multiples atoûts et encore merci à Linda pour son sens de l'accueil et sa disponibilité pour toutes mes questions!

Absolutely Beautiful Villa! So thankful to have found this place!
This villa was perfect in every way! The setting was simply gorgeous, the villa and grounds were very pretty, the surrounding area and location was very nice, and the view was spectacular. Our family of 6 found this such a comfortable home away from home, and it was so nice to be able to come in after a day of touring and have a place that felt like home and somewhere we could spread out a bit and have a chance to relax. The villa was well equipped, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We feel very fortunate to have been able to stay here and I highly recommend it! The location was perfect as well, because we were able to visit and see a lot of the southern part of Spain from this location. We visited Granada, Ronda, Jerez, Gibraltar, Seville, Old Marbella, Peurto Banas, and even took a ferry trip to Tangiers. Since we had a rental car we did all the driving ourselves except to Seville we had a tour guide pick us up and take us . This was our best vacation ever and it had a lot to do with having this villa as our home base and being able to settle in one place and do the day trips. If we had it to do over we would not change a thing! Thank you Linda for renting your beautiful villa to us and making our vacation remarkable!

A most elegant and comfortable house in the ideal location!
We traveled to Marbella in late March which turned out to be ideal from an easy to get around, low crowd aspect. The family had a simply marvelous time at this outstanding Las Terrazas villa! There were so many elegant touches, thoughtful design and attention to details that made our stay comfortable and memorable. The downstairs suites were beautifully appointed and had en suite bathrooms for a luxury touch. The WiFi was very good as we were able to work from any spot in the house. However, we didn’t spend too much time working! We travelled using your extensive guide, ate in the restaurants, shopped in the grocery stores, and saw the sites around Las Terrazas and even into Malaga. Las Terrazas is conveniently located making day trips out of Malaga, Ronda and even a jaunt down to Gibralter. What an asset your guide is, for anyone spending time in the Costa del Sol, truly valuable. Grocery shopping in the area was interesting and rewarding as we gathered items to make several dinnertime meals which we enjoyed at the lovely dining room table. All the other meals and snacks were around the tiled kitchen table which made the buffet style presentations perfect. The amenities such as the Media room, Exercise room and outside patios gave us so many places to have a snack, a glass of Rioja or just conversation. Our family was fortunate to be at Las Terrazas and the Owners were wonderful to work with, answering our questions. Superb!
We stayed as a family of eight in late may 2017 for one week and had high expectations after drooling over the photos and reading the reviews months before hand and we were not disappointed in any way. The villa is stunning inside and out,everything you could wish for,in fact it is even better than the photos suggest,i cannot fault a single thing. The gardens are huge and stretch all around the house and are beautifully kept,lots of different areas to enjoy the sun,it is easy to find a spot all for yourself even with a large family staying at the villa.The covered terrace is a truly relaxing place for a night time drink and a chat,beautifully decorated, fantastic lighting all whilst listening to the music of your choice piped into the room by the Sonos sound system! The terrace with electric sun canopy overlooking the pool was a delight for evening meals cooked on the very impressive barbecue,just be sure to retract it if the wind picks up. The jacuzzi quickly became a favourite place for me and i even went into the gym (just to have a look) at the very impressive equipment should one feel the urge to use it! The kitchen was really well stocked with oils,herbs spices and sauces,rice pasta etc,just need to replace anything if you use it up for the next guests,plenty of cutlery,plates,glasses etc also. The owners were so helpful in our arrangements after booking and nothing was to much trouble,Linda even put us in touch with a contact to have a birthday cake made for me! The heated pool of course was a big hit with us all especially my two young nephews,they were in there every chance they had! Everything was wonderfully clean and fresh,the beds and pillows so comfortable,a real home from home,i would have no trouble recommending this property to family or friends,stay here if you can,you will love it! We had a great time,thanks so much for letting us stay at Las Terazzas!

This fantastic villa has everything you'll need for a great vacation, the pool is huge and the grounds are stunning, complete with orchard! A splendid villa
Our stay in this villa was fantastic. First of all, this villa is beautiful, clean and very spacious, perfect for a group of 10. The location is superb - in a charming neighborhood- and there is a beautiful sea view from the terrace. The design and conditions of the house are really amazing: it was very comfortable, lovely designed with everything we needed there. The pool is fab and my kids could have spent the entire holiday just in there. A special thanks to Linda, the owner, who cares about the comfort of all, and made sure that our stay was the best. Fantastic family holiday
We stayed in the villa in early June. The villa was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with lots of activities and great restaurants. It was very spacious (even for a family of 7!) with great décor and facilities. The owner has been very helpful by preparing a detailed guide on how to operate all services in the villa (and there are quite a few with a sound system, sauna, cinema room, etc). The guide also provided a lot of useful info on the local amenities, restaurants and attractions - which was excellent. We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay at the villa (despite fresh easterly winds that could be quite strong in early summer). Thank you very much, Linda.

Stunning villa in a perfect location
Our family of six stayed at Las Terrazas for a week in April, 2016. The villa is stunning and well appointed with everything we needed for stay. It is beautifully decorated in the Andalusian style. The views from every window and patio are amazing. The location in the Elvira area is perfect - quiet, yet nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping and Marbella. The large pool is gorgeous, and the landscaping is lush with fruit and palm trees and flowering plants. Our grandchildren played in the pool several times each day. Linda was extremely helpful in our planning process. Thank you, Linda, for the brilliant vacation home away from home.

Great Villa in a fantastic location!!!
We just returned from our 7 nights here and have to say it was a memorable holiday mainly down to our accommodation. The villa is beautifully presented and furnished well with everything you need. There is plenty of space to chill and relax with the added bonus of a heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi. All the bedrooms are very spacious and very good sized bathrooms for each of the bedrooms. The grounds are also very spacious and very well maintained with plenty of areas to chill and relax, whether that be playing pool or table tennis or a BBQ around the pool. The views all round the villa are fantastic with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. The are itself is quite and well maintained and you feel very secure with 24 hour security patrols in the area and a easy to use alarm system with separate alarms for internal and external systems. We all agreed the place is amazing and are already considering booking again for next year. We would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a very comfortable stay in Marbella and within close proximity to several areas of interest.

Excellent in every way!
From the very first contact with the owner about her property, we were quite impressed. Her quick response and accommodative attitude were very assuring when we were trying to decide between villa choices. The description of the property was entirely accurate. The property itself is outstanding. The furnishings are excellent, and the extra touches are wonderful. We especially enjoyed the sun room during this winter vacation. The view is excellent, and the location is ideal. We spent our time reading by the pool, playing games at night, and taking day trips to the surrounding villages. We will definitely recommend this villa to our friends, and we will definitely consider returning. It is very refreshing to see such high quality in a rental property!
