Very good experience i stringly recommend marvellous hotel and location, very confy spacious and lot of privacy very convenient for a couple in south Spain..ideal for Any occasion, the reception was really compréhensive and solved Any needs.thank you Will be back soon

We were four people, but the accommodation was only prepared for two. There was no toilet paper, the water was completely cut off for an entire day, and on the other days, it was shut off every evening. There were no dishes or kitchen utensils, and the place was infested with ants. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, offering zero comfort. The door was constantly stuck and very difficult to open. Everything I’ve described was recorded. I have video evidence of all of it. We even met another guest who didn’t have a code to enter the accommodation. There was no one at the reception to assist with any of these issues.

The only good thing: Aircondition All the bad stuff: - Cleaning, the floors were grey/brown from dirt and sand. When we showered and had to wipe up water from the floor after the shower, the towel was brown and could no longer be used. We wore shoes inside because it was dirty. - Service, hard to find where to check in. It says check in from 3 p.m until 10 p.m, but was complained about when we came to check in at 8 p.m. The lady said she had actually given up on us coming and was a bit bitter because she said age wasn't really supposed to work longer than 7 p.m. Please ask for the code to the gate to the hotel. Because all doors are locked at midnight and then you can't get in. This should be given by a routine, but no. - Bed: The bed was horrible. It felt like sleeping on an Eoru-pallet with a blanket over it. - Bathroom: Broken toilet seat. ZERO hot water in the shower and we stayed for two nights. No soap in the shower or hairdryer as promised. - Phone number in Hotels.com is not correct, tried calling several times and for hung up on

Helt ok för övernattning men låg standard. Vid bokning stod gratis frukost samt att det skulle finnas kök vilket inte fanns ingen frukost. Bra parkeringsmöjlighet även för lite större fordon. Nära till stranden.

Totalmente surrealista el trato.horrible en genera

El trato por la responsable del recinto ha sido horrible...puesto que su trato ha sido con desprecio aun hablando bien con ella ,de momento cuelga el teléfono Lo que supuestamente es un apartamento con cocina realmente lo que me han dado ha sido una habitación de 16m2 en la cual hay una mini cocina sin ninguna mesa ni silla para sentarse El grifo de la ducha cuando llegamos estaba roto el mando y la tapadera del wáter también rota... Por lo que tuve que llamar la encargada que me trató nuevamente regular y me envió al señor de mantenimiento el cual no podía hacer nada puesto que eran roturas sin un arreglo puntual y este señor se encargó de que me suministraran una mesa y silla para medio poder estar... Pero al haberme quejado de la situación lo más que conseguí fue que me cortaran la señal de antena de televisión que le envié el mensaje para que lo solucionase después de haber llamado varias veces y ni siquiera contestó ni en el momento ni al día siguiente... Por lo que me gustaría que me contestase a esta reclamación el propietario del recinto aunque sé que eso no pasará.... Pero al menos que alguien diese la cara para recibir alguna disculpa

Tried to call prior to arrival using the number listed on hotels.com app. Person on end didn’t speak English which was a challenge then they hung up and wouldn’t answer. Site wasn’t in the location on the app so required a bit of finding! Accommodation was tired, basic, needed a clean deep clean. At 150e it was overpriced, but hey that’s Marbella in August.

The greeting was very nice. When I got into the room, the toilet paper was missing and the holder broken. The room's floor was clearly dirty to the point where when walking bear foot my feet were dirty. There was also dirt in the shower and a stale smell in the room. Overall not really clean at all. Your paying for proximity to the beach and that's all.

El estado de dejadez en general crea incomodidad

Sólo había una persona para toda la instalación por lo que es imposible atender bien todos los apartamentos. Falta de limpieza tanto en el interior como en el exterior. Las instalaciones están entre reformas, da mala impresión y aspecto de dejadez. Las fotos son engañosas, esa imagen sería la que debería tener todo. La encargada se portó muy bien tanto en el check-in como en la acomodación de nuestra habitación. Que el precio sea aceptable no implica que el sitio esté tan poco cuidado.
La habitación bien en general pero no limpiaron en toda la estancia ni repusieron papel higiénico por ej.
Cosas así no desaparecieron en toda la estancia

I booked this online, but couldn’t get in when I got there. The confirmation said check in was at 2pm but if I wanted to check in after 3pm, I needed to arrange it with them. I had tried to call them all morning to see if I could check in either earlier or later, but could not get through. I arrived at 2pm and knocked loudly on both metal gates. It was clear you needed to be provided with a code to get in. After 20 minutes of banging and calling our in the searing heat with a 10 year old, o started to call hotels.com. I then spent almost an hour on different calls to hotels.com who could not get through. They accidentally hung up on me twice, I then needed to be on hold for ages and go through the whole issue again. All the time, stood outside in the heat. Then I was transferred to their relocation team where I needed to start the whole process again as the previous team had not transferred the details. Again, this person could not get hold of the Hotel Selin. The agent could not figure out where I was and I’m the end I just asked for a refund. Total absolute nightmare.
