“Absolutely loved our 9 day stay here. Staff were super helpful even got in touch in advance to offer helping arrange airport transport. Room cleaned daily and it was always spotless. Breakfast was included and had a good range so never felt like you had to have the same every day. Big thanks too for all the staff at the 360 rooftop bar who looked after us and kept us hydrated.”

“Good location. just 3 mins walk to Old Town. Parking fee around 14 Euro per night, reasonable. We stayed in Room with sea view, Room and Bathroom were large, comfortable stay! Breakfast buffet was great with various selection. We choose the seat at outdoor with tent covered. We enjoyed the seaview so much”

“Well, the room is kind small but it is clean to live. Need to use shared bathroom, but it is clean. There are not too many facility in the kitchen, but it is still ok to have some simple food. And I think it located in the most beautiful of the city. Overall, it is a good place to stay with it price. : )”

“Great location and hotel. The only down side was noise. We were on floor one right above the restaurant and heard trolleys being pushed, chairs being scraped and staff speaking. Also opposite the lift with an ill fitted noise pollution door. ”

“Sehr schöne Unterkunft bei der vor allem der Service stark positiv hervorgehoben werden muss. Pool war ausreichend und die Aussicht der Hit. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen das macht das gesamte Resort aber wieder weg. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und vor allem die herzliche Art der Mitarbeiter war sehr angenehm. Wir würden als Familie wieder kommen und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.”

“This is a great hotel where its greatest asset is its location. The beach is across the street and there are shops and restaurants everywhere. The daytime reception host seemed a bit off. At one point I’d come down to ask a question and there were already three people in line and I waited while he was talking to the person I believe taking the next shift right in front of everyone. Speaking very loudly and for five minutes all they did was talk to each other. With a line of people you should be……

“Das Zimmer, die Anlage, das Frühstück war gut. Was fehlte, ist Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher und Trinkwasser auf dem Zimmer. Selbst auf Nachfrage nichts zu machen. ”

“I suppose the kindest thing to say is that The Monkey Room is a "work in progress". The hotel/hostal is right in the centre of Marbella Old Town and although it sets out in adverts to be "chic" and "cool" it has a long way to go. While I was there a workman was on site preparing another cubby hole as a bedroom and I think my room was only half-finished. The nights were cold and only a single sheet covered the bed and, after moving my room to the one in the photo (instead of on the roof) I found……

“Un engaño. 1. Las fotos no reflejan la realidad. Los muebles son viejos, el baño no tiene ventilación, la cocina ridícula... 2. Muy MUY ruidoso. Está ubicado en una avenida principal que no paran de pasar coches y gente. Lugar ventajas no están acondicionadas ni son de climalite por lo que se le muchísimo el ruido. 3. La cortina en la ventana que da al patio interior se ha caído y no hacen nada por arreglarla. Entra mucha luz y no se puede dormir. 4. Pone que hay 2 cajas de matrimonio pero……
