The property was perfect for our Mom’s weekend. There were eight of us & all had a comfortable bed & plenty of space to spread out. The basement area was too cold to use but wevfou d enough blankets for those staying in lower bedrooms to stay warm.

We all loved: - the river view/deck (there were even deer nearby in the mornings) - the mid-century vibe - modern appliances (oven/stove, washer/dryer) - fully equipped kitchen - nice, quiet neighborhood The location was excellent (walking distance from Bear King brewery and easy access to downtown Marble Falls). We were there for ATVing, and it was not too far to the Hidden Falls Adventure Park. Parking was adequate. We enjoyed using the pool table and were happy with both living areas.

My family spent most of their time outdoors in the pool. We loved the pool and the water toys that were provided , the landscaping was well maintained and beautiful and the property also has a nice shaded doc right off of the lake.

We loved our stay here! From sunrise in the living room to sunsets on the dock, the views from this home are breathtaking. All the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we could needed. We walked to the Blue Bonnet Cafe and Bear King Brewery 1 block away - so convenient! Will definitely be staying again!

The view from the living room and balcony were spectacular overlooking the lake and the pool. We had plenty of room for 8 of us. The beds were very comfortable. The steps inside and outside were challenging but we managed.

This was such a beautiful property. It had lots of amenities like board games. Pool table had two bikes to ride. Beautiful pool however didn't get to use it because it was cold and they also have kayaks & pool floats. This place does have a lot of stairs so you do get a good workout. It's very much walking distance to a lot of shops. Cool brewery within walking distance with really good beer. It was fantastic for our girls trip! It was so relaxing and just chill. The view is something I could wake up to every morning. sunsets are beautiful too!

We celebrated my parents 45th anniversary and were so pleased to have spent our time here. The pool was amazing and the outside deck was such a great hangout spot. We actively used every part of this house and my parents are already talking about returning. The only downsides were walk down to the lakeside can be difficult, outside lighting is needed to make pool access easier after sunset and the downstairs bedroom can use a fan since the AC is primarily upstairs. Other than that the place was great and we had lots of fun with endless family memories

I know people want to call it a lake, but it's the Colorado River. Still, it was lovely to sit on the dock in the evening with the breeze and birds chirping.

I can't say enough about this home - it is our second time to stay and we just love everything about it. The decor is awesome as our the views and it is always spotless. The owner as done some renovations at the dock which are not pictured yet but it is now covered and wider with easier steps to navigate. Vacasa service is always great as is the local manager, Kelly Dimas.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa del Lago! It had everything we needed. It has a fun quirky mid century modern feel, and the beds were very comfortable. I will say, this is not the place for you if you have anyone with mobility challenges or very young children. The only interior stair case is a carpeted spiral staircase in the living room. Also, there are many stairs to access the pool/waterfront.

Easy to find. Good location. A little tlc help around the pool area. Pictures on the site show hammocks. None at place. Bring ice. Also bring any Tupperware for leftovers and no keurig so bring regular coffee. No pool floats or anything so bring your own.

Very nice older home located in a historic neighborhood in Marble Falls and overlooking the lake. The property is as described in the listing. It was wonderful and relaxing to sit out on the multi layered deck and enjoy the scenery. Only downside was it was just a bit noisy when you were outside due to being near the main bridge that has a lot of traffic. But you honestly tune that out after a short while. You can walk to Blue Bonnet Cafe and Bear King Brew Pub and then continue into the historic main downtown area and then to the Lakeside Park and other nearby parks. Beautiful property and great location!

This place was incredible, but we had some issues with the check in time being pushed back. That caused us to drive around for another hour which was not fun. I asked the company to extend an hour and they said they couldn’t. Not a very good experience customer service wise.

The reviews helped to prepare us for the steep slope, stair situation and proximity to the bridge. Knowing all this ahead of time helped to make for a relaxed stay. The patio and views from the living and bedroom are amazing. We enjoyed all the seating options and open space downstairs. I'd like a few more hooks in the bathroom for towels, but other than that, everything is thought of and included to make us feel at home. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our family. The kids even managed to get in the pool. The pool floats were awesome. And the pool towels were much appreciated as well! The house has everything we needed. The kids loved the hammocks and I could have stayed out on the deck all week! The huge grill had all the tools needed. Tons of dishes and glasses, plenty of pots and pans. Even games, books, markers, and a drawing easel (the 6 year old loved that!) My only suggestion would be to add just a few plates that are microwaveable for re-heating leftovers! The location is great for getting to lots of state parks and outdoor areas as well. We would love to return again soon!

The home had a lovely setting and comfortable beds, however there were dead bugs in the bed and on the floor when we arrived. The home is not well equipped for cooking and lacked things as simple as a potato peeler. There were no bowls large enough for a family salad. There was only one miniature soap in each bathroom. The bedrooms smelled dusty and moldy. Some Vrbo’s leave some tea bags, sugar, foil etc. Here nothing. Almost as if you were trying to no be hospitable. Really kind of low rent at this price point.

Stayed here for my 60th birthday with some girlfriends. Not much curb appeal but inside is charming with a beautiful lake view, decking and well-kept pool area. Realistically this house sleeps 8 comfortably but more can stay if people in trundles don't mind being stepped on or over. The only issues we can report are 1) the TV didn't work well. Could not find local stations. 2) We had a lot of trash but there were no trash bags anywhere. Sorry if we left any, we had nothing to use to bag it all up. 3) bedroom and living room have very little lighting. 4) Maintenance started mowing at 8am while some were sleeping. Otherwise, great place to chill and get away. Would love to rent in the summer to utilize the pool and dock areas. Will be back!
