This didn't affect us but it may have been a problem for others since it's wasn't disclosed at booking.」

All the staff were courteous and helpful and made my stay so enjoyable. Also the mountain park is absolutely gorgeous. The view from the Lodge is breathtaking!」

From the very sweet lady at the front desk when we checked in (gave us some cupcakes), the lady and gentlemen that cleaned up my mess when I spilled a cup of coffee and the maintenance man that brought us a luggage rack and got our room changed when the air conditioner wouldn't work. All were super!」
