"The location was good right off the freeway. I appreciate the quiet ac unit. The renovations are needed but the use of cheap materials is not effective. The toilet kept getting clogged ( I had to get it plunged every day). The hooks in the bathroom were too cheap. no towel bars. The closet sliding door did not work. You need to use a stain remover for couch and chairs. Invest in a steam cleaner for carpets . The staff was great very very helpful. The hospitality of the staff was a major plus!!! From"

I would love someone to call me back and refund me for the difference that was charged to me versus what they were given through Expedia based on the charges of the hotel, secondly the water was out in the hotel the whole first day and the second and third day the elevators were out and I have 80 year-old parents that were unable to go up for flights of stairs. They said they were gonna take care of it, but they never did. It was still throughout our whole entire day I would like someone to contact me.
