Big area, nice pool area, be careful about small Deficiencies.

Despite our early arrival, we could already check in around four hours earlier. The House mainly looked simmilar to the pictures, but the lamps outside were defect as well as one of the air cons. The agency offered to get somebody to fix it, but noone came. Therefore we received a 10% discount. However the communication with our contact person was difficult and unconstructive. It took several arguments till we finally came to an agrement. The kitchen maschines worked improperly. The house is located in a quiet area, without close neighbours, but it takes around 30minutes to get to a proper supermarket (Pula) and it takes around 5km to the closest Beach.

Die Gastgeber waren recht freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab einige kleinere Mägel am Haus, welche den Urlaub ansich aber nicht beeinträchtigt haben. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem Haus, würden wahrscheinlich aber nicht nochmal herkommen.

Genoten van onze vakantie in Kroatië. Het huis is mooi en ruim met een groot zwembad en tuin. Hier en daar kan het huis een opfrisbeurt gebruiken maar over het algemeen erg tevreden over ons verblijf. Goede uitvalsbasis om verschillende stadjes te bezoeken en dichtbij is er een rustige baai met bar (5 minuutjes rijden), er is ook een winkeltje in het dorp evenals enkele goede restaurantjes. De mensen van het huis waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Einige technische Schwierigkeiten mit der Elektrik, die der Eigentümer aber rasche behoben hat.

Vorsicht Betrug!

Das Haus ist nicht mehr im besten Zustand. Klimaanlage funktionieren nicht. Die Holzterasse am Grill ist marode und es kommen Schrauben aus dem Boden (sehr gefährlich). Der Pool wurde bei einem 12 tägigen Aufenthalt 1x mal gereinigt und das am vorletzten Tag… die Vermieter versuchen durch die in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung den Mietern noch das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Stühle und Liegen weisen starke Gebrauchsspuren auf die der Mieter dann im Nachhinein zahlen soll… Hier würde ich nicht mehr mieten. Schade!

Beautiful Villa with some issues

Die Kommunikation und die Flexibilität bezüglich Check-in war optimal. Jedoch ist der Zustand des Hauses viel schlechter als beschrieben und auf Fotos zu sehen. Das Haus braucht einen Anstrich und müsste auch im Haus an einigen Stellen repariert werden. Klimaanlagen kühlen nicht wie sie sollen und auch die Badezimmer haben Mängel. Trotzdem war es sauber und ordentlich. Bei dem Preis erwartet man einiges und ich kann das Haus nicht 100% weiterempfehlen. Der Pool war riesig und für die Anzahl der Gäste optimal.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und gut zu genießen. Es gab ein paar stellen an dem haus oder auf der Terasse wo du Hölzer lose waren aber diese Mängel wurden von dem Gesamteindruck wieder ins gute gezogen

Sehr schönes Haus mit schönem Grundstück. Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, die ein oder andere Reparatur wäre fällig, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Urlaub mit Freunden in super Villa

Das Haus architektonisch der Wahnsinn und die Lage sind super ! In der Nähe (Fußmarsch ) ein kleiner Konsum. Wilde Strände kann man auch zu Fuß ( 4 KM ) gut erreichen. Im Haus und Küche alles vorhanden. Ein paar Dinge sollten vom Hauseigentümer repariert werden, da es schon sehr abgenutzt und stellenweise kaputt ist ( Pool - Holzbelag ) Andere Beschädigungen wurden wohl eindeutig von den Urlaubern kaputt gemacht ( Türrahmen .... ) Wir waren 4 ERW und 2 Teens ( 15 Jahre ) und es war sehr entspannt und erholsam. Es gibt 5 Min mit dem Auto tolle Restaurants aber zum Grillen ist alles da was man dazu benötigt. Es wurde an alles gedacht :-) Ein bisschen viel Kinder Spielzeug, aber für die Kleinen natürlich ein Paradies!!

Netter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub, die Umgebung ist auch super und wir würden auch selber wieder hin gehen. Nur leider ist super viel kaputt. Des Weiteren gibt es dort ein großes Problem mit Ameisen.

Schöne Villa mit ein paar Mängeln

Wir sind mit einer Gruppe junger Männer in diese Villa gereist. Sie liegt von anderen Häusern ein wenig abgelegen, sodass sich nie jemand über lautere Musik und nächtliche Feiern beschwert hat. Auch die Vermieterin schien damit wenig Probleme zu haben. Die Villa sieht schön aus und ist ausreichend geräumig, der Pool groß und ca. 1,30 Meter tief. Jetzt die Mängel: Fast alle Außenlichter und auch ein paar der Innenlichter haben nicht funktioniert, die Vermieterin wollte dies reparieren nachdem wir uns beschwert haben, es ist allerdings nichts passiert. Außerdem gab es zeitweise einige Ameisen in der Villa, die Entfernung der Ameisen war zwar für uns grundsätzlich leicht machbar aber trotzdem nervig. Die Spülmaschine ist nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen, es bleibt oft Schmutz hängen und man muss nochmal per Hand spülen. Der Kühlschrank ist zu warm und Duschstangen sind kaputt. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder sind Schrott. Der große Garten ist mit viel Kinderspielzeug zugestellt, für Gruppen mit Kindern sicherlich nett aber für uns eher störend. Leider wird scheinbar nicht groß auf die Rückmeldungen der Urlauber geachtet, viele der in den Bewertungen der letzten Jahren erwähnten Mängel bestehen weiterhin. Es gab zudem einen nicht akzeptablen Vorfall: Die Vermieterin kam an einem Vormittag völlig unangekündigt bei uns vorbei mit dem Vorwand, wir hätten etwas am Pool kaputt gemacht, was sich als Fehlannahme ihrerseits herausstellte. Sie lief durch das Haus und Grundstück ohne darüber nachzudenken, dass ein solcher unangekündigter Besuch für uns absolut überraschend und während der Mietzeit nicht rechtens ist. Sowas darf nicht sein, sie hätte wenigstens anrufen können. Alles in allem haben wir uns den Spaß nicht verderben lassen und hatten trotz der paar (nicht allzu riesig ins Gewicht fallenden) Mängeln eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Zu billig gebaut. Nicht so doll.

Zu viele Mängel. Duschstangen kaputt, bei Regen wird die Wand feucht. Kühlschrank zu warm. Spülmaschine säubert nicht, man muss viel nachspülen. Dusche läuft nicht richtig ab. Im Pool und Haus überall Kellerasseln. Sieht alles schick aus aber ist billig gemacht. Strand in 3-4 km Entfernung ist ok aber nichts besonderes. Lage sehr ruhig.

tolles Objekt mit einigen Mängeln

Sehr schönes, eigentlich traumhaftes Objekt, welches jedoch deutlich mehr Pflege bedarf. Trotz einer bereits 2019 erschienenen Rezession, in welcher einige Mängel aufgezählt wurden ( z.b. lockere Terrassenbretter mit herausragenden Schrauben ), wurden diese bis dato nicht beseitigt. Außerdem waren alle 10 Fahrräder defekt ( sie stellten sich eher als Schrott dar ), keine Auflagen für die Liegen waren auffindbar, der Garten war mit Plastikspielzeug übersät, welches den Gesamteindruck deutlich schmälert und letztlich waren einige Abfüsse des Hauses partiell verstopft. Die Gerüche der Kanalisation waren allgegenwärtig. Insgesamt bedarf es einer deutlich liebevolleren Pflege des Objektes, damit auch nachfolgende Mieter einen schönen Urlaub verbringen können. Wir haben unseren Urlaub trotzdem genießen können😃😃

Wunderschönes Haus,welches ein wenig mehr Pflege benötigt

Es war alles super. Die Lage,Kommunikation,das Haus, der Pool etc. Es müsste wirklich nur dringend ein wenig in das schöne Haus investiert werden (damit es so schön bleibt). Abwasserkanäle sollten mal gereinigt werden , Ameisen…naja…wenigstens versuchen,die Anzahl im Haus zu minimieren. Ansonsten war alles toll!! Wirklich zu empfehlen …

Lovely villa in a great location

Just back from a fantastic week in Istria. The villa was exactly as described in the website, and while our initial correspondence with the property manager via the website/e-mail took ages, (I guess he was very busy) once he put us in touch with Ana she was brilliant. and answered every text immediately. She had lots of tips about traveling to Croatia (during the current COVID pandemic) and great information on nice beaches, restaurants, etc close by. The house was clean and had plenty of towels, cleaning products, etc. The kitchen had most appliances you could ask for and the wifi worked brilliantly (we had teenagers with us!). The area is wonderful, with a beautiful cove for swimming and stand up paddle boarding about a 6 minute drive. The local village had everything you could need and Pula was about a 30 minute drive. We had a couple of small gripes: the main one being that there was a weird smell in a couple of the bedrooms. It went away if we left all the windows open (which you can't do at night ). but would be back in the morning. Apparently there was a lot of rain/flooding the week before we got there which was probably the reason and hopefully it was only temporary. Also, we rent lots of holiday homes and this is the first one I've ever been to without any sort of house-book/instructions. There were two leaflets for boat-rides (which were given away in every shop we went into) and that was it. No info on the local area, instructions on how the various appliances worked, etc. Would have been very handy rather than asking poor Ana every time. And lastly, if you're going to rent a house with a pool, please provide a net so that we can skim it for bugs! The only net there was for tuna fishing, with very large holes, so made it very hard (but not impossible) to fish out the dead wasps. Apart from the small gripes (which did not ruin our trip in anyway) we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this villa to others.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir waren im August für 10 Tage mit insgesamt 9 Personen in diesem sehr schönen Haus mit Pool und haben dort einen sehr entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (jede Menge Handtücher) und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Ana war jederzeit freundlich und sehr nett. Auch alle Fragen während unseres Urlaubs wurden immer sofort beantwortet. Die sehr ruhige Lage ist ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub, wenn man jedoch etwas erleben oder shoppen gehen möchte muss man ca. 25 Minuten nach Pula fahren. Wir haben uns in der Villa Rovere sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sie jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Sehr entspannter Pool Urlaub

Tolles Haus, ruhige Lage, mega Pool und super Liegen, separates Grill-Haus. Zum Einkaufen im Supermarkt sind es mit dem Auto ca 30min, zum Meer runter 10min. Im Detail ist das Haus nicht mehr neu, aber preislich absolut fair und in Ordnung. Ausstattung im Prinzip alles vorhanden, vor allem viele Handtücher!
