Fabulous villa!

I think I can honestly say that Villa Davita is one of the very best villas we have ever stayed in, after many years of holidaying in europe. It is owned by the lovely and generous Perko family who are only too happy to help with anything you need during your stay. The decor and standard of fixtures and fittings is very high, and it is incredibly well equipped. The pool table is great - we used it every day and the pool and outdoor kitchen are fantastic too. The bedrooms are great, all with excellent ensuites and ice cold air conditioning. There is a well stocked little shop and an excellent restaurant a short walk away in the village of Lobrika, and Pula is only a few minutes drive. There are so many beautiful beaches and coves around the area - we were spoilt for choice. A boat trip around the islands for swimming and snorkelling is a must too.

A very pleasant and relaxing 2-week vacation

We were 4 adults and four children and really enjoyed our vacation. A bug part was thanks to the accomodation with plenty of space and appealing interior. Our hosts provided us with everything we needed to stay for two weeks. We were also welcomed with self-made cake and fruits and beer. The house and exterior met the descriptions and pictures by 100%. We can absolutely recommend this place for a pleasant vacation. Also the region of Istria provides lots of places to visit like the city of Rovinj, the island of Brijuni or Kap Kamenjak!

Urlaub in Kroatien - Loborika Villa Davita

Wir waren mehr als überwältigt von unserem Ferienhaus- die Ausstattung war mehr als überragend, es war alles da. Wir sind begrüßt worden mit frischem Obst, Wein und selbst gebackenem Kuchen - ganz herzlich. Während des Urlaubs wurde auf Probleme direkt reagiert und geholfen. Die Kommunikation mit Damir war top. Wir waren alle rundum zufrieden, es hätte nicht besser sein können. Vielen Dank!

10 Sterne Unterkunft

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien 2025 mit 9 Personen dort. Wir wurden mit einer unglaublichen kroatischen Gastfreundlichkeit empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet ( Betten, Ausstattung der Küche ), hat man nicht sehr oft in einer Ferienwohnung. Der Pool und die Outdoor Küche runden alles ab. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub!

Bei unserm Aufenthalt in Loborika hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Damir, der Quatiergeber und seine Frau haben uns herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist umfangreich ausgestattet, besonders der große Pool war ein Highlight.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Diese Unterkunft empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall weiter. Sehr unkomplizierte und gute Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern schon vor der Anreise. Ein schöner Empfang bei der Anreise mit kleinen Präsenten (Obstkorb, Erfrischungsgetränk, Rotwein und mehr). Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Es wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub und bedanken uns dafür bei der Familie Perko.

Entspannung und Herzlichkeit

Man fühlt sich gleich ab der ersten Minute herzlich willkommen. Damir und seine Familie sind Ferienhausvermieter aus Leidenschaft. Alles ist perfekt, es fehlt an absolut nichts und der Urlaub wird in diesem Haus definitiv erholsam. Der Pool ist ein Traum, das Haus bis ins letzte Detail durchdacht und Gastfreundschaft wird hier groß geschrieben. Danke für einen wirklich tollen Urlaub, der uns sehr lange in guter Erinnerung bleiben wird.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes sauberes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Tollen Pool. Schöner Aussenbereich. Alle Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Und es war alles sauber. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Jederzeit wieder! Tolles Haus! ****

Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager und sind alle begeistert von dem wunderschönen Haus, dem riesigen Pool und der Außenküche! Die Schlafzimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche innen läßt keine Wünsche offen und das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und gemütlich. Der Pool ist der Hammer und wir haben ihn sehr genossen. Man kann wunderbar draußen sitzen und kochen und die Abende genießen. Alles war sehr sehr sauber!! Damir ist ein toller Gastgeber und war immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Eine super Woche ist zu ende

Wir, 3 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder, haben die Woche sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend. Sogar frisch gebackenen Kuchen gab es beim Check in. Die Aussenküche ist super, hier hat sich alles abgespielt. Alles in allem können wir die Villa Davita nur weiter empfehlen

Super Haus mit großen Pool

Das Haus ist groß mit sehr schönen Zimmern und jedes hat extra Bad. Der Pool ist der Hammer ( für 8 Erwachsene ideal ). Outdoor-Küche mit Grill, Kühlschrank und Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Haus ist wie auf der Internetseite beschrieben. Es gibt nichts, was es nicht gibt. Der Vermieter Damir ist super nett und wenn man Fragen hat, kann man ihn jederzeit telefonisch oder per WhatsApp erreichen. Für uns war es ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub.

Traumhaft schön für große Familien

Traumhaus für große Familien. Wir reisten als 4 Erwachsene mit 6 Kindern im Alter von 2-8 Jahren... Jeder hatte seinen eigenen angemessenen Platz und mit so vielen schönen Badezimmern gab es nie eine Wartezeit :-) die Besitzer sind mehr als freundlich und extrem sauber. Der Pool und die Außenküche sind ein großes Highlight. Wir haben fast ausschließlich draußen gegessen. Die Kinder sprangen mehrmals am Tag in den Pool und wieder heraus. Der einzige negative Punkt waren die Mücken am späten Abend, aber das hatte nichts mit den Besitzern zu tun, nur ein Tipp für andere Familien, wenn sie zu Besuch sind, Mückenspray mitzubringen :-)

Wunderbares Ferienhaus !

Wir sind als Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern gereist. Es war wirklich super sauber und Familie Perko ist sehr gastfreundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und Wohlgefühlt. Es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Das Haus und der Außenbereich sind sauber und wunderschön! Pula ist ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und die Lage ist wirklich super. Man erreicht die schönsten Strände in kürzester Zeit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert für alle Altersgruppen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Outdoorküche

Tolle und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit eignem Pool und einer tollen Outdoorküche. Der sehr nette Besitzer hat uns einige Tips für den Urlaub gegeben. Kleine Probleme wurden sofort erledigt. Jederzeit zu empfehlen. TOP!

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir (Freundeskreis 27 bis 34 J.) hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in Kroatien. Das Haus und die Außenküche sind super ausgestattet. Der Pool zur Alleinnutzung ist wirklich groß. Es war alles vorhanden. In Pula gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeit und ist ebenfalls eine schöne Stadt zu besichtigen. Der Vermieter war wirklich freundlich und engagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus, alles bestens

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem wahnsinnig tollen Haus. Jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen Charme, sehr sauber alles. Es fehlt absolut an nichts. Der Pool ist auf Grund seiner Größe ein echtes Highlight. Für uns war die Outdoorküche ein täglicher Genuss. Auf jedenfall zu erwähnen ist die einzigartige Gastfreundschaft; so liebevoll, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Tamara und Damir Perko. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!
