「Alles viel zu kompliziert im einchecken warum alles nur auf Englisch null Erklärung zum Parken. Jegliche Information zum Ablauf fehlt. Ohne viel Arbeit und Kosten wären diese Punkte schnell zu verbessern, und die Buchungen würden sicherlich stetig steigen 😉」

「The bedsit was lovely and clean, and had everything that we needed, the access to the garden really helped with the dog. The kitchen was useable, (only the kettle didn't pour very well, more on the tops than the cups!) :) - Better kettle needed.It was a nice touch to have a welcome brochure, only the map of the walk round town could do with being a little bigger.The other nice thing was the toiletries a great bonus.Shower was greatBed comfyI was a little confused how I got the key but managed...
