- Holiday villa in Marchena, province of Seville, Andalucia.
Located in a beautiful 3,900 sq-mt plot near the Sevillian town of Marchena, this 200 sq-mt, two-storey holiday villa can accommodate up to 11 people. You and your family will spend the most unforgettable holidays in the secluded setting of the countryside in Seville province. Besides, this villa is also adapted for people with reduced mobility, thus converting into a real paradise at 60 km from Andalucia’s capital city.
The spacious dining-living room features a fireplace and warm/cool air-con, for which you can enjoy yourself throughout the year in this villa. The living area opens onto a fully-equipped independent kitchen, flanked by another 25 sq-mt living room with fireplace and private access to the porch. Focusing on the bedrooms area, you will be pleased to know that three out of the five bedrooms are made accessible for people with reduced mobility. Three bedrooms are provided with one double bed each and a built-in wardrobe; the fourth bedroom features two single beds, whereas the fifth bedroom has one bunk bed and one single bed. All the bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con. A laundry room, one bathroom with shower (which is adapted for people with reduced mobility) and one bathroom with bathtub complete the layout of the villa.
The lovely outdoors of the villa welcome countless hideouts where you can enjoy the nice weather of Andalucia. There are two porches in the front yard of the house, both provided with outdoor furniture. Another porch with the same characteristics is located in the backyard. And here, you will also find a partially shaded porch, a poolside BBQ area and an outdoor toilet. However, the most noteworthy feature of the garden is the enormous private pool to make the most of during the whole stay. The perfectly-maintained surrounding lawn features lush vegetation and swings for children.
Last but not least, a covered, 4-place parking lot is located inside the villa. The access is possible via a 100mt unpaved lane.

Ausgezeichneter Urlaub in diesem Haus, fantastischer Pool. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten lädt mit Terrassen zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Besitzer für ihren Empfang, ihre Verfügbarkeit und ihre Freundlichkeit. Wir empfehlen die Villa jedem, der sich in einer grünen Oase erholen möchte.

Das Anwesen war sehr schön. Die Villa war sehr komfortabel und die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern war äußerst willkommen und unverzichtbar für einen guten Schlaf. Der Pool war wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Die Anlage war atemberaubend mit einer Vielzahl von nachdenklich platzierten Sitzbereichen zum Essen, Sonnenbaden und Entspannen. In diesem Urlaub ging es um Entspannung! Ein Auto war absolut unerlässlich, da die Geschäfte nicht zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

Das Haus steht nicht weit von Sevilla entfert und die orte drum herum sind sehr hübsch. das Haus steht in den Olivenhainen und ist umgeben mit den Feldern, die Autos stehen sehr sicher auf dem Grundstück. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt und ordentlich. Der Pool ist schön sauber und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Leute waren sehr gut erreichbar und haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellentes vacances dans cette maison, piscine fantastique. Le tout très propre et bien entretenu. Le jardin est un enchantement avec des terrasses où prendre l'apéro et se détendre. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Nous recommandons vivement la villa à quiconque souhaite se reposer dans un havre de verdure.

The property was lovely. The villa was very comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was extremely welcome and essential for a good night's sleep. The pool was beautiful and very well maintained. The grounds were stunning with a variety of thoughtfully placed seating areas for eating, sunbathing and relaxing. This holiday was all about relaxation! A car was totally essential because shops are not within walking distance.
