* Included in the price: reasonable consumption of water, electricity, and, gas. Bed linen and bath towels.

ATTENTION: Do not leave the air conditioning on if you are not in the accommodation or with open windows and doors. An improper use of energy can cause an extra cost for you.

* The charging service for electric vehicles is not included in the price of the rural house. If you need to use this service, please consult us for the applicable rates and conditions.

* Please leave the accommodation collected on your departure; leaving the accommodation untidy can cause an extra cleaning fee.

* Contact immediately with the contact person indicated in the booking confirmation for any needs you may have during your stay. Claims will be handled only during the stay.

* Parties, visits, or more people than those booked are not allowed except with prior notice and payment.

* Arrival and departure times to be agreed with the contact person. July and August, or with the entry of other travellers the same day: arrival after 4 PM and departure before 10 AM.

* The deposit is delivered on arrival and returned on departure if there are no damages.

* Cancellation policy in the confirmation of the booking voucher.

Un placer de verano

La casa no es grande pero es suficiente para los huéspedes permitidos. Está perfectamente equipada, no echas de menos nada. La zona de fuera con la piscina, la barra y los sofás es maravillosa. Nos encantaría repetir en otra ocasión.

Excellent séjour dans la villa felisa Excellent accueil et communication Villa au top, hôtes à l'écoute et disponible photos correspondent parfaitement. pas de vis à vis, au calme pour bien se reposer et profiter de l'excellent extérieur avec piscine, salon extérieur, barbecue... Climatisation fonctionne parfaitement dans la maison. supermarchés à 15mn en voiture, Séville à 70 km...je ne peux que conseiller cette villa. avec je le dis encore un excellent accueil !

Pas faite pour automne-hiver

Maison sûrement agréable au printemps-été mais à ne pas recommander en automne-hiver : seul chauffage : climatisation inversée pas suffisante et super bruyante la nuit. Une chambre sans climatisation et donc sans chauffage ni double vitrage. SDB sans chauffage : petit chauffage appoint gentiment prêté mais insuffisant et faisant disjoncter les plombs. Douche : eau chaude difficile à régler et très peu de pression.

Nous aurions dit très bien mais il faisait frais à notre arrivée dans la maison et il manquait un détail qui a son importance quand on vient de faire des kms et qu'il est un peu tard pour faire les courses, un simple rouleau de papier aux toilettes nous aurait comblés ! Sinon la villa Félisa est agréable , avec piscine et abords reposants. Les personnes qui nous ont accueillis très aimables et disponibles pour nous renseigner.

We zijn een week verbleven in deze woning, de eigenaars zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het meubilair zowel binnen als buiten is aan vervanging toe alsook het keukengerei. De prijs voor het huis is aan de dure kant vergeleken met andere woningen waar je meer comfort en kwaliteit krijgt voor minder geld.
