“Casa in zona tranquilla, un pò fuori mano, il proprietario persona disponibile e gentile, due appunti da fare: le porte interne non si chiudono sembrano gonfire o fuori squadra, al nostro arrivo un forte odore di chiuso andava arieggiata qualche ora prima. In bagno il minimo indispensabile, phon da viaggio in dotazione non adeguato per i capelli delle donne, consiglio uno leggermente più grande e performante se non si vuole stare delle ore per asciugarsi i capelli. Nel complesso esperienza……

“Wirklich großartiges Preis-Leistungsvethältnis. Schön gelegen, schöner weg zum Strand. Tennisplatz, Pool und Tischtennis und noch mehr kleine Extras im Preis enthalten, einfach super. Der Inhaber ist freundlich und gibt gerne Tipps. Kleine Mankos: Die Anlage ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung der Küche ist relativ überschaubar, aber ausreichend. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden vielleicht einen halben Stern abziehen. ”

“The location is fantastic, inside a green area and close to the beach. Beautiful view of the sea from house. The residence is very clean and nice with a new swimming pool and a bar. The service and director are nice and available every time to helps”

“Our room had a big problem with the smell of sewage coming on the bathroom at the first night, making it very unpleasant to shower or even to sleep (bedroom right next to bathroom). We contacted reception the next morning and were told dismissively by the owner that someone would check the issue after we went out to the beach. When we came back, nothing changed (the smell was still terrible) and we had no message from the hotel. Asking again the reception, we were told that nothing could be……

“Leider waren die Matratzen für uns zu hart. Die küchenausstattung sehr einfach. Die Möbel sind schön. Die Terrasse sehr schmal. Der Blick wunderbar. Alles in allem war der Preis ok. ”

“Sehr gemütlich und familiär, der Pool mit der Aussicht auf die umliegenden grünen Hügel und auf das Städtchen Capoliveri war das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und komfortabel. Besonders schön war auch der Aussensitzplatz. Die Inhaberfamilie war sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. An den Strand gehts mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten.”

“La struttura si presenta bella grande, con piscina e servizi, purtroppo il servizio non è stato all'altezza della struttura, nonostante i 4 giorni, 3 notti, passate in struttura, non ci è stata cambiata la biancheria, (asciugamani da doccia e bagno) e nemmeno rifatti i letti la 2 notte, trovata la camera come lasciata la mattina, quindi nemmeno pulita. La mattina alle ore 7,30 non vi era nessuno in reception, era chiusa completamente......... ”

“Private Strand war super! Ruhig und etwas abseits von Verkehr und Touristen. Viele Möglichkeiten für Wassersport - Kayak, SUP.”

“Bilocale pulito e ordinato, unica pecca il letto matrimoniale che erano due letti singoli, uno dei quali era un divano(un po’ scomodo) e da sotto usciva l’altro letto (abbastanza comodo). Reception poco curata, piscina pulita e ampia. Situato molto bene per raggiungere quasi tutti i luoghi e le spiagge. L’aeroporto adiacente disturba poco o niente, gli aerei sono piccoli e con poca frequenza.”

“Séjour en hiver, un peu court pour s’habituer au lieu (fonctionnement du chauffage). Attention : les lits sont en 1/ en 180 et 2/ en 90 et plutôt pour enfants car trop peu de hauteur entre les 2 lits ! 3/ le canapé en 100. Il faut prévoir les draps en fonction… L’été, ce logement doit être merveilleux. Excellent échange avec propriétaire.”
