Marco Paradise Island

We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful Condo. We were included in community functions. We attended the St Patrick celebration. The organizers did a fabulous job. We had such a great time meeting people. We talked and danced, it was such a wonderful month. We outdone love to come back again!!

Perfect Villa!

Very comfortable beds and furnishings. We love the location on the island and you have a nice view with a fountain in front of you. The balcony is a great place for a nap with soothing sounds and warm air! We found the people who live in this community are VERY friendly. There is a lot of artificial arrangements all over the place that collect a dust that I am allergic to and makes me cough, but we enjoyed it so much we are already booked for next year. We loved our stay and even extended for next year!

Convenient location to beach, stores, restaurants, the Wednesday market and a beautiful park. Walk in the gated community and meet great neighbors. We stayed here for three months and felt right at home. Next winter we will spend three months here again and we are looking forward to it!

The upgraded TV and TV provider were a big plus this year - our third. The kitchen is well equipped. We will be back next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed Marco and our location at Waterside is very convenient. January and February were very cool and wet for Marco. Our condo has good beds and is really well equipped in the kitchen and for the outdoors, including good bikes, beach chairs, tennis rackets and beach toys. The condo could use an upgraded Wifi and a new high definition big screen TV - the current one is limited on channels and clarity. The living room carpet is clean but is showing some age? Bring your own knives if you do much cooking. We could not stay for three months next year or we would definitely been back to this location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed Marco Island and our stay at Villas at Waterside. The management company quickly addressed our only problem - the garage door opener needed replacement. The unit we had was very well equipped with great bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, tennis rackets, etc. - excellent. One exception would be the main TV was not high definition and could use an upgraded. The cable TV service and channel selection was definitely BASIC and could be upgraded. The unit was very clean but after staying for a few weeks the carpet seemed like old wear was working up through a cleaning? We would highly recommend this location - easy to get around the island from there. We got the opportunity to check out many of the dining establishment on Marco and were generally pleased with most of them. We would highly recommend Marco Island.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautifully decorated with everything provided; pots, pans, glasses, silverware, towels etc. Kudos to the owners; they scrimped on nothing. When I first arrived there was a problem with the WiFi connection, which was corrected within minutes by the rental agency.
