Jump-start your days with a cup of coffee on the private balcony, followed by a delicious meal prepared with the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. When you're ready to head out and explore, be sure to stop at the heated pool or the pickleball and tennis courts. When you aren't practicing your swing, a fitness center and boat rental facility are available on-site.

Explore the very best of Marco Island's local attractions when you visit Marco Eco Tours, Marco Island Historical Museum, The Island Country Club, and numerous local eateries and shops.

Back at your stay, get comfortable amidst the living room's continued views, soft sofa, and smart TV. Throw your swimsuits in the private washer/dryer for a refresh and rinse off under the warm stream of water in the walk-in shower. As the sunset's yellow, orange, and pink hues begin to fill the sky - head for the water-view balcony to gaze out at views that will stay with you for a lifetime.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This unit requires an HOA application to be completed and emailed back to Vacasa within 3 days of booking.
Documentation for service animals must be submitted to the HOA directly.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 5.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fantastic

We love Shipps Landing and we loved this condo! Amazing location and the views are beautiful. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!
