December 2021 Stay

We have used Marco vacations many times now for our holidays on Marco , would highly recommend them , always helpful and quick to respond . We loved the location of this house on Marco . And all the wildlife that we saw from the dock . It’s has plenty of room for a large family .

Fabulous location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this property . We saw dolphin most days , also an osprey ate his very fresh fish next to the dock everyday. The house is big enough for a large family with plenty of living space. We enjoyed eating outside and watching the sunset. And as usual Andrew Vale and his team were excellent .

An Amazing time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After being cooped up in the house for 3 months, we were ready for a different scenery. Since we were able to work from home given the current pandemic, we looked into renting a house somewhere for a month. We stumbled upon this house. We had an amazing time and enjoyed our time to the fullest. Andrew Vale was amazing in helping me book and answer my many questions before my arrival. Upon arrival, Frank, the property manager came to say hello once we settled in and was very prompt in answering any question pertaining to the rental or even the local area. Mariano, the pool maintenance guy, was amazing as well. Our experience has been just wonderful. It really felt like a home away from home. We look forward to working with Andrew again and hopefully return to Embassy Court again in the near future.

May 2018 Stay

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Embassy Court and the third booking we have made through Marco Island Vacations. The property is in an excellent location and our stay was every bit as good as the first time. When renting a property there is always the chance of problems arising during your stay and that is where you find out how good the management company are and I can say they are excellent. always respond quickly and with the up most politeness. I hope to stay at Embassy Court again but I will definitely use the booking company again.

Certain furnishings could do with an update but the present ones do not detract from an excellent place to stay. The management company are superb and the best I have dealt with.

Best Vacation on Marco, Ever

Reviewer Comments: Was a little put off when I found this property only took minimum or 4 week bookings, but having taken that option it turned out to be a wonderful break. The property is very large for a 3 bedroom and as one of the bedrooms is in a fully functioned annex it offers some good options for different family requirements. We have been to Marco many times but without doubt this was in the best location we have stayed in. With it being so close to open water we were treated to many visits from Dolphins through the day. The villa has all the facilities you would expect and was presented in a very clean condition. Would also like to say that when staying in a vacation property you always have the potential for minor problems and how the management company handles them can make all the difference. In this case Marco Island Vacations company have an excellent system and their response and service was second to none. From questions I had before booking , through the booking process to the way they handled things while I was there, Andrew and his team were superb.

Family Spring Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house. My grandsons loved having their very own heated pool. Marco Island Vacation Properties is family owned. They were very professional, friendly and courteous. The only confusion we had about the house is that we thought that we had 3 bedrooms plus a den in the main house and 1 bedroom in the guest house. But it was 2 bedrooms and a den (with pullout sofa bed) and 1 bedroom in the guest house but Marco Island Vacation Properties brought us a bed that went in the den with the sofa bedand that worked out perfectly then for my grandsons. I thought the guest house was a great feature to the whole set up . We had a fantastic time enjoying restaurants, DaVinci's, Fin Bistro and Marco Prime. We went to the movies one night. It is a small theater but you can watch a movie and have snacks or dinner. Marco Island is a beautiful place to vacation. Close to golf courses and not far from Naples (a short trip for a day trip also great restaurants and some shopping). I highly recommend Marco Island, the property at 695 Embassy Court and Marco Island Vacation Properties.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 4 and enjoyed this house very much. We watched dolphins every day from our pool deck and did daily fishing from the dock catching all kinds of fish including a sting ray! House was very clean and large rooms. Master bathroom is actually two complete bathrooms his/hers. Kitchen was just remodeled with all new granite and stainless appliances. Just a great vacation and house was in a very nice neighborhood. Pool and hot tub / spa were both excellent. Pool is deep for those with little ones so be careful. My kids are 10 and 13 and enjoyed hours a day in the pool!
