“First off the 3 bedroom condo is huge and great for families. The full kitchen has everything you need. Front desk was helpful and always attended. Parking was easy and available. The grocery store and restaurants were all walkable distances away. The shuttle to the breach was awesome which included free beach chairs and umbrellas for a minimal cost. The pool was cool (actually a big plus in that part of Florida in the Summer) and quiet. The water canal nearby provided a nice view. ……

“This was a great place to stay for a quick get away for the 2 of us. Place was clean upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The view of the ocean wonderful from the balcony. It was close to different kinds of restaurants. Great pool area and short walk to an amazing white sand beach with shells to pick through. The restaurant on the bottom floor was not open when we were there as they were getting new pavers and redoing some things inside. Everyone at the front desk was friendly……

“I highly recommend this Somerset condo. The location right on the beach cannot be beat! The owners have made sure every convenience is provided for your stay. Just bring yourself and your clothes! The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is plenty of beach and pool gear available as well. You can also rent bikes on site. We went at the end of August which was the best time with little to no traffic and no waits at restaurants. We stayed here with our adult children and their significant others.……

“We really enjoyed staying in this beach decorated, extremely well stocked condo. Waking in the morning and looking at the serene water is a great way to start your day.Then, in the evening, there are incredible sunsets. “Wonderful property! We had the best time and will look to return. Jeff was super responsive the few times we needed to reach out. Loved having our boat right outside the lanai and the route to sandbars and the gulf via is a beautiful 10 min ride. Loved the bikes and the huge sidewalks throughout the island made daily bike rides safe and enjoyable. House was super clean and enough space for 2 families with teenagers. ”
