Quiet and relaxing

The condo and the complex were incredibly quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed watching the boats cruise by on the balcony. The wildlife viewing was great as well. Plenty of dolphins, pelicans, etc… We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo in a terrific location. We loved the balcony.....saw dolphins on several days. The kitchen and bath were so nice. All very nice and comfortable. Loved our week and hated to say goodbye.

Marco Island Wedding Stay

Can't say enough good things about this little condo! Clean, well-stocked, comfy bed. and the best little balcony for reading and watching the dolphins and boats in the water. It was also directly across the street from the hotel where my friends' wedding festivities were held, which was an added bonus. I had a couple questions upon arrival and the owner responded almost immediately to both. When I return to Marco Island, this will definitely be the first place I check on to stay. Thanks for a great visit!

Marco on the river

The unit was recently renovated in very modern all-white with black hardware in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, as well as with very nice flooring. Lovely. Had a great view of the river and boats from our 2nd floor balcony. Parking was very easy. At the north end in Old Marco but with easy access to everything. Owner was very nice to deal with.

Beautiful Clean condo

This Property is fantastic. Clean and right on the water. We brought our 24ft boat and parked right out on the dock all week. Easy access to the gulf. Seen lots of dolphins and manatees. Resident snook living under the dock too! I particularly loved the rain fall shower! My only critique is to add some pictures on the walls and some more towel hooks in the bathroom. Just a thought. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Marvellous Marco

We have passed by Marco Island on previous vacations, usually on the way somewhere else. This time we decided to stay a few days, and pleased we did. The island is lovely, even though it has very limited access to public beaches. This modern and comfortable end unit is exactly as described. One of 10 condos in a small quiet complex with nice pool and direct waterside view. The condo balcony is a great place to watch the passing boat traffic and dolphins, who were very evident for a couple of days, then absent for a while. Just luck I guess but always a great experience. Marco Island is now definitely on our wish list for a return visit.

Very clean, nice and bright, great location on the water to sit and watch boats and dolphins go by.Communication with Darin was beyond efficient, any time i had a question he was very quick to respond with the answer.Location was near so many amazing restaurants and shops.I would highly recommend this place...I can't wait to go back.

The harbor view from balcony is exactly as shown in picture. Faces west. Beautiful sunsets. Lots of boats going by. Pelicans. Quiet. Condo was beautifully renovated. Shower is luxurious. All new appliances. Lots of extras like beach chairs and a broom/pan to sweep up fine beach sand. There’s a dish washer dryer, but no clothes washer dryer.

We drove there for a scuba diving trip. It was close to the dive shop and close to great restaurants. The condo itself was clean, airy, modern and very spacious with a beautiful view. We had some issues with the WiFi but the owner answered very promptly and the issue was corrected. I would highly recommend it.
